The views are great, but all the staff were absolutely amazing they could not do enough for us, especially Antonio and Luciano. The food in the restaurant was really good and the service was great plus the waiter was so entertaining. This is a great hotel I bet it would be even better in the summer. When we had an issue with our taxi not showing up and we were going to miss our flight Antonio did everything he could to get us to the airport and just made the flight. We should have booked the transfer with them. I would defiantly return to this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Thank you to all the staff.

Beautiful hotel with lovely surrounds and glorious pool and poolside with manned bar. The expansive room had fabulous views from the large L shaped balcony toward Isola Capri on one side and Mt Vesuvius on the other side. Hot water was instantly available. Buffet breakfast had a plentiful choice of fruit, cereals, patisserie, and hot choices incl. scrambled eggs, served in the restaurant with great views of the poolside and Vesuvius. The staff were a real bonus - so helpful and willing. Well done all.

The dinner menu was small and never changed, which was a shame. Dinner could be a lot more imaginative. Surprising really as it is also an 'events' hotel with a large hall at the rear and a large al fresco 'events' dining area. In comparison the restaurant/pizzeria 300m up the hill had a menu 4 times bigger at a third of the price.

When we arrived we couldn't believe our luck. A hidden gem that looks so good in real life. The staff were amazing all week, especially the super helpful Antonio and Thomas who treated our girls like his own. We loved the pool and just chilling out in this area. The room was spacious, we had a double bed and a double sofa bed and still there was enough room. There was a good breakfast and the lunch/evening menu gives you enough options for a few days.

Nothing really. The location means you ideally need a car to get here but it's worth it. There is a train station in Torre Annunziata but you'd need to know the timetable.

I have to begin with the staff, they were superb, turning our plan for an Italian adventure into a wonderful reality. Luciano ,Carmen and Tomaso treat my wife and I like royalty ensuring everything within the hotel was top quality and ready for us...then there is the magnificent Antonio to whom we owe huge thanks for looking after every thing we wanted to do on the holiday ,he planned every trip we took in granular detail ,and when we messed up with travel he arranged rescue missions , thank you brother. The practicalities are just as good . This a relatively small hotel ,which allows for the superb personal care. The restaurant served a superb menu of dishes for all tastes and supported this with an excellent list of wines from local vineyards'. The pool is divine and surrounding areas kept meticulously clean and tidy. I want to say thankyou to Giovani for our morning cappuccino, without which nothing would have got done. The fact that when you sit on the beautiful terrace with a cocktail, you are nestling on the slopes of the magnificent Vesuvius is something we never got bored of. I could go on. In short , a very special stay in a very special place with a team of staff who now feel like family.

We knew the location of the hotel before we booked ,so there were no real surprises, However one needs to be aware that there are few options for a walk around the area. There is not much to Trecacse the local village and the roads are frankly treacherous. This is all dealt with by shuttles to the local rail station from the hotel and even transfers to local attractions at a cost of course. One could of course hire a car ,problem solved...just one to be aware of

This hotel met all our expectations. Antonio at the reception, and Giovanni at breakfast were both very helpful, and the rest of the staff too. The rooms are big, the mattress is comfortable. Beautiful view to Vesuvio and the sea. Gluten free options are available, ask for it as it’s not displayed. Tea, coffee, kettle in the room. Swimming pool is a bonus even if it was cold this time of the year, it was lovely to chill out at. For us it was the perfect location to discover the area (Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvio, Amalfi coast), we hired a car, they have a huge parking space. We booked wine tasting with them and it was a great experience.

It was a bit difficult to get the right temperature out of the bath tap.

Breakfast was lovely ., Staff very attentive . Everyone went above their role to ensure everything was enjoyable .

Maybe… complimentary biscuits to have with the tea/coffee . Instead of packet's for shower gel, Maybe a bottle of shower gel to match the body cream? The hotel menu needs to be changed daily… rather than the same menu for a few days. As i was without car this hotel is more suitable for persons with a car. I found it enjoyable walking but if people had issues with walking about then the hotel may not be the right choice . However that said the hotel/ staff offered a very obliging shuttle to the train station. This again was above their role.

Our stay at the Palazzo was brilliant. From before we even arrived, Antonio was in contact with me, helping to arrange our stay to make the most of our time. It is perfectly situated to visit Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius, both of which are a must. Would highly recommend a private guide for Pompeii to get the most out of it...... Antonio organised one for us, as well as sorting out all our tickets etc while we were there. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool isn't huge but was enough to keep my 15 and 12 year old happy after our trips out. Our rooms were a good size and both had great views. For us the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and was enough to fuel us for the day. We only ate once at the restaurant (lunchtime) and the food was nice and they were happy to go off menu (which was a little limited) to cater for us. There isn't a huge amount around the hotel and the road does not have a pavement, so a car would be really helpful (driving is not for the faint hearted though), although they do offer a shuttle to and from the station which is down a steep hill. I would not want to walk it! There is a lovely little restaurant about a 5 minute walk up the hill which we visited most night for dinner. Its very popular locally and so booking is often necessary. But dinner for 4 with drinks was always under EUR 50. Would highly recommend this hotel to explore the region.

Breakfast was very samey and not a huge selection. The restaurant menu was rather limited but they were more than happy to go off menu. Tom who seemed to run the restaurant was a delight! When Antonio or the very nice lady whose name I didn't get or Tom were not on duty, the other staff could find a few things more difficult, often due to their limited English which was still a lot better than my Italian!

Excellent hotel in a quiet neighbourhood !! We've stayed in the Rosae room - spacious room with a spacious terrace with view on Vesuvius, the sea and Capri. Friendly and very helpfull staff - special thanks to Antonio and Tommaso. Nice pool - bath towels are available in the hotel. Great location for your trips to Pompei, Naples, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Capri, Vesuvius etc. Having a car is recommanded, although the Leopardi railway station is only a 20 minute walk from the hotel and the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from this railway station.

A very nice hotel in a quiet location with a beautiful view of mount Vesuvius. Safe and spacious parking. Spacious and tidy rooms. Great pool area. Very tasty, abundant breakfast, there were scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes. Very tasty pineapples and watermelons. The breakfast waiter already knew our order for cold coffee from the next morning. The restaurant is open in the evenings. The staff is very helpful, we are grateful for the opportunity to spend time by the pool after check-out, because we were really tired during our trip with small children and we really needed that rest to recharge our batteries 🙂 Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was great and the pool very welcome due to the heat. The restaurant was lovely.

We arrived on the local train service. We discovered there are no taxis to the hotel and the bus service is infrequent and unreliable. Initially we struggled to get hold of the hotel to request a shuttle but once we were able make contact they came promptly. I would advice people travelling on public transport to make arrangements with hotel for pick up prior to arrival. The hotel is a little way out of town but the hotel do offer a shuttle to the station or the sites.
