The location of the hotel is really good. Even though there's no private parking space, it has always been easy to find a place for the night, at max 10-15 minutes away by feet. The room was OK, but missing a bit of surface space. One of the girls at the reception was extraordinarily helpful and welcoming (while the rest of the staff was a bit grumpy).

I wouldn't go back, because the quality/price ratio is not good (as it is most likely in the majority of structures in Ibiza). Not the fault of the property but public transport within Ibiza in winter is problematic.

The hotel itself was really nice considering it’s only classed as two stars. The communal areas were nicely decorated and styled. The room was clean and quite big, with a balcony that was a sun trap. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Our first night there we were kept awake by very rowdy guests next door, we asked if we could move rooms and the staff were great! Said it wasn’t possible but that they would speak to them, which they did and then they quietened down. All other nights we were lucky (maybe the guests left), nevertheless, the walls are thin so do expect a higher level of noise than other hotels. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly and there was no lock.

The staff at Hostal Mari were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The size of our double room was just enough space for my friend and I with great natural light and a nice view being on the 4th floor. The little restaurant/bar just downstairs was perfect for a quick meal or drink and the bodega just a few steps across the street was very convenient! We would 100% return and recommend!

There was no hair conditioner provided but you could pick some up for cheap just across the street. There was also no fridge which would have been useful for keeping drinks cool.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast offerings. The spread was complete and absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Moreover, the reception service was exceptional. Special mention goes to Alicia, who provided outstanding assistance. Her friendly and professional demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. The excellent service and warm hospitality at this hotel truly stand out. Highly recommended!

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The welcoming reception, smooth elevator, daily room cleaning, in-room closet, balcony, and available mirror all contributed to a pleasant and convenient experience.

I missed having a fridge in the room, but the reception staff accommodated by storing my food in the lobby fridge. Similarly, the lack of a safe box and basic amenities like glasses, cups, and a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience, but the helpful lobby staff promptly provided them upon request.

We had the suite at the top floor with a private balcony and it was spacious and modern. It exceeded my expectations. It is listed as a hostel, but I've stayed at four star hotels the exact same standard. The aircon worked really well, and we found street parking in the blue zones nearby.

Not enough shampoo in the room for two women with long hair. However, I'm sure we could've asked for more. I'm not too keen on the almost transparent wall between the room and the bathroom, but I understand this is a current trend which other guests may appreciate.

The downstairs area and entrance are very nice, the restaurant is nice and the food is superb, try breakfast or menu del dia - the location is great mainly Spanish & French guests and lots of locals. You'll find it tucked away near a health food shop it's in the real pueblo heart of San Antoni de Portmany. The vibe is classic San An, calm, accommodating surrounded by madness.

The shower cubicle was really too small for even a tiny human being - the room was very basic a big contrast to how nice it is downstairs - shame about the actual room

No fuss, reception open 24 hours, staff very friendly and extremely helpful. We asked to change rooms and it was done immediately with no fuss. Location was perfect to get to everything.

Bath was rusty but we wasn’t expecting perfection for the price we paid. Also would have loved an English Channel on the tv but we were in Spain so of course we expected it to be in Spanish

I loved the private terrace rooms with the sunbeds so I didn’t feel the need to rush out to be in the sun everyday, the blinds in the room were very good for keeping light from coming into the room and couldn’t ever hear other guests in the hotel so was able to sleep really good! Staff were very helpful and friendly 😊
