very nice and cosy, family-led hotel, with personal touch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Very clean, they pay attention to the detail. I was positiv ely surprised that I found in the bathroom a very German thing, a "Waschlappen" - facecloth or flannel - , and bedroom slippers!

I only stayed one night while driving through the country, so I did not expect to enjoy it so much! The facility is beautiful, with free parking and a nice little garden in the back, located just in front of the wonderful castle gardens. It is in walking distance of the town center, which I also enjoyed very much. The rooms are very comfy, clean and super nice. The staff is very corteous and helpful, and provided free access to the castle gardens, which I appreciated a lot. Very good breakfast also.

More important than anything else was the attitude of the personnel!! I must name Fr. Nicole Valtinat and Fr. Nathalie Lamay as two of the most professional, competent and cooperative people I have ever dealt with in the hotel industry!! The cleanliness and the arrangements were outstandingly good, and Fr. Valtinat went way beyond the call of duty when she offered to serve breakfast to us half an hour early, just because my nephew had to catch an early flight!! We were duly handed our passes for the Schwetzingen Palace Garden almost soon as we had got to the hotel, and everything was so efficiently done as possible!! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone!!

Albeit a small room, it was 5 stars amenities and cleanliness. Qtip, cotton, nail file, a bottle of water, little snack, kettle, teabags and instant coffee, chocolate bar, safe, towel warmer, makeup mirror and even slippers and earplugs!!! There’s a honor system minibar in the hallway so you can get drinks 24/7 too

Great small hotel! The room has everything you need. Own small parking after home. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. There are no shortcomings at all. I definitely recommend everyone! All hotels providing rooms at this price need to equal the service of this hotel.

The friendly staff, the easy and secure parking, the beautiful, clean, comfortable and silent room, the nice breakfast. The location was very good with walking distance to the "Schlosspark" (which we got free entrance tickets to) and to the small well-kept village center. At the same time it was easy to reach the main roads with car. The hotel seems to have a lot of regulars which is understandable.

There were limited space in the bathroom for your own toiletries. Otherwise we didn't see anything negative with this accommodation.
