Everything was perfect, super clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and flexible. They let me use the gym on the day of check out. The location is also very good for a workation, you are at 5min away (by car) from the centre of Cavalese if you feel like a quicm lunch break in between meetings and in the evening you can workout at the gym and/or relax at the spa. Best combination! In the weekend you can easily reach ski places and/or snowshoeing walks. Very much recommended, I am looking forward to coming back!

Just the mattresses could be replaced, it's time. But the rest was perfect!

Food in the restaurant was delicious, but it only worked after 19:00 so you can‘t have lunch there or grab a coffee during the day. Breakfast was good, although variety was moderate and it was the same every day. Spa was good. Ski bus stops just outside the hotel, there are different lines that bring you to different resorts (Cermis (5 min), Pampeago (25 min), Obereggen). Pampeago was the biggest ski zone with a great variety of slopes and lifts. Hotel was very clean overall. Ski rent onsite and convenient. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a play room with pool, table tennis, mini soccer. There was also a kids room for small kids (1-3 yrs), as well as a few evening events like magician show, quiz night etc. Overall very nice stay!

Overall the accommodation was very good, we enjoyed the stay. Apartment was spacy, comfortable, well equipped. We found everything what we needed there. Also Personal was very polite and helpful. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool - which was always warm and available in good time for them.

Wi-fi connection was quite poor

Clean apartment, new furniture with folding beds, roomy bathroom with bidet. Good breakfast in the restaurant next door (5m from the hotel entrance). Dinner is possible only for reservation. Sauna and steam bath must be also reserved, because limited number of visitors. Pool and massage pool can be used in the opening times. The kitchen is small, not really recommended for cooking of hearty lunches, but perfect for small meals and tee.

Between Christmas and new year lot of young peoples booking the apartments, it is not recommended for people who needs relaxing. The fridge is in the room. The guests are using the sauna in swimsuit...

Great location, close to the funicular. Property has all you need, decent restaurants, pool, play room. Rooms are clean and well equipped.

When someone was cooking, the smell was ending up in our apartment. We never cooked in our apartment and one night when we came back from a dinner, the whole flat was smelling like a fried onion, it took 2 days to get the smell out.

We were 5 in the appartement and we were affraid of daily folding and unfolding the extra bed, but it was very easy at the end. Balkony with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds was nice for evening relaxation. Free swimming pool was highly appreciated by our children. Enough dishes and storage areas. Even though the weather was very hot (35˚C), the windows directed west or south-west and there was no air conditioning in the rooms it was acceptable temperature inside (opened windows by night). There were also enough parking slots at the hotel.

You need a cap to the swimming pool (can be bought by the lifeguard in the pool). Quite a slow lift.

Perfect place, a lot of space in parking lot, restaurant, ski service and ski rent in the same buildings. Two buildings joined with a tunnel.

Skiroom with ski boot dryers would be an advantage, but thats not a big deal, we had our own dryers.

The rooms are cleverly designed and are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal. The porch is lovely and super fun to sit and relax on. The dinner food in the restaurant is fantastic! We spent three nights there and it was an extremely relaxing experience, with the spa and pool included. We didn't make much use of the kids mini-club, but it was a nice option to have.

The location is a bit off-center for the Dolomite area, which forces you to travel about an hour to the main attractions. There are no mosquito nets on the windows and no A/C, which makes it a bit difficult to air the room, especially at night.

We really enjoyed our staying in your hotel in a very nice apartment. In my opinion it offers good value for money. I have been there many times and I am going to go there again.

This property is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, and drinks. It is also very reasonably priced - we stayed in September.

The walk is a little long (20 mins) to Cavalese village but the but the views of the mountain and valley are spectacular.
