Nice location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast.

I stayed in a standard room where the mattress was uncomfortably soft, likely due to age. However, the bigger issue was the lack of communication regarding the underwater tunnel between Frøya and Hitra, which is currently closed after 20:30 in the evening. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed me of this in advance, either through a message on the booking platform or when I called to confirm my check-in time. As a result, I had to wait from 20:30 to 21:45 for the tunnel to reopen, as there is no alternative route to reach the hotel.

That hotel is amazing, it should be 5 stars. We had a very big room with a beautiful sea view, very comfortable beds, big bathroom. It exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was also great, huge variety of food. Very modern and clean hotel. There was no noise from other rooms or corridor, therefore, I think the rooms have good soundproof isolation.

Everything was perfect, I cannot say anything bad.

Expensive for what you get. In addition, we had to pay for our 4 month old that was sleeping in the same bed as us which we thought was very strange. Our suite's bathroom had a gliding door that didn't lock properly and the water faucet was not properly working.

I wish the bathroom door for suite 111 was wider. It is a waste of money to make such a fantastic suite and not be able to enter the bathroom with an electric wheelchair.

Visit end Sep 23. Fantastic contemporary and eclectic hotel. Stayed in suite which was truly stunning for a special occasion with beautiful views overlooking the bay. Fabulous restaurant and bar with amazing food, both dinner and breakfast. Definitely worth a return trip!

Why don't have dental kit neither shower caps as in the other suits of 4 other hotels?I think that for what you pay it should have these items in case of emergency for the guest instead of selling them.

We loved the view from the room aswell from the restaurant, where it was served the breakfast. Super comfortable chaise longue in the room. When I felt cold, the receptionist was very helpful, brought me an extra blanked and additional heater. Thank you for a cozy stay.

It would be nice if hotel provided the small cosmetic set (hair conditioner, body lotion, vanity set) as usual in 4* hotels around the Europe.

I liked the room, how clean it was, also the corridor. Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing, i had always full cup off coffee and clean table, and buffet was refilled at all times.

I thought there is a chance to go to the spa, unfortunately its not part of the hotel, so when i called i found out its in renovations since covid. Disappointing.
