Mason was a wonderful experience for me and my partner. The pool villa was large with a nice view of the ocean, comfortable bedding and seating, a beautiful hot tub and bathroom/pool section. The staff were helpful and accommodating, in both the turn down service and anything we requested. The dinner at the hotel being delicious with a nice view of the sunset.

Certain issues with the bathtub requiring about 45 minutes to fix (they sent a technician) and a broken umbrella. However, it was not a major issue. The room was sometimes not that private as people could see us when they were walking up the stairs into their villa in front of us

If you like good architecture then this is the hotel for you. Every aspect of the architecture has been thought out. Strong lines weave in with lush nature to create a curated but natural experience. Every villa has a pool but the view from the ocean villas make them particularly special. The staff here are the biggest highlight.

We weren't hugely taken with Pattaya City. If you've come for a romantic getaway, check out Bang Saray instead, or better yet don't even leave the hotel (trust me, you won't want to!). The hotel feels very far away from the main city so you could be anywhere really, plus the hotel has a private beach.

The villa is beautiful, designed in a modern and comfortable style with a sea view. The pool has moderate privacy. The restaurant serves delicious meals at reasonable prices. The large pool overlooks the sea with very beautiful sunset view.the staff friendly and welcoming

‏We requested a late checkout which was not approved, but we were given the opportunity to use the main pool, restaurants and bathrooms until late hours.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The private pool and green view. The hotel facilities are also fantastic. There are many complimentary desserts, activities etc. although we didn’t try them, we are happy that they offer them.

The location is bit far from the main city, and nothing (restaurants/massages/shopping centres)nearby. Can take Grab/Bolt but have to wait for the drivers.

All the staff and the security guards were very nice. The design of the villa was cool and private. The pool inside the villa was warm. Their shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were so good comparing to what other hotels would give, I even bought the whole set to bring back home.🥰 In general, everything was super nice.

the architecture was great!

they cheapened the architecture a bit by adding these fake flower “pyramids” and lantern lights along glass railings. they also played lounge house music too loud, and had competing tracks you could hear at the main house pool (one track list at the pool competing with the bar track list)

Everything. The room was big with all the things you might need. Even a wine bar. The service was exceptional.

staff and manager is too bad and the food made poisoned from the food and I stayed the whole night at the hospital and it was the worst night in my life which it suppose to be one of the best day cuz it’s our anniversary and the didn’t help us or did it bother them self to do any thing

Loved how great the staff were to help no matter what the request. Windy day was a shame for romantic dinner but they helped make it special
