Friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Big pool.

The pool was too warm. Does not give you a refreshing feeling when going for a swim. One is the highlights of the hotel is that it’s right by the beach, however the beach was not clean. Full of rubbish, and not really enjoyable to go for a swim.

Location of Bali Beach Hotel is pretty good as it has a huge private beach with plenty of sun lounges and only a five minute walk along the beach promenade before you come across all of the wonderful bars and restaurants. The swimming pool is massive and we never found it difficult to grab a comfy poolside sun loung.There are bluetooth Waiter paging buttons on your sun lounge so easy to get pool side service. The swimming pools in Bali are renowned for getting unrefreshingly warm in the open sun, however I love that this pool is actually cooled. There are dozens of floor vents pushing out cooler water, keeping the pool at a reasonably refreshing temperature. The buffet breakfast provided is amazing with personalised service and fantastic selections. There was continuous on site renovations happing during our stay, but this had little impact on our comfort. Standard rooms are compact but very comfortable.

Nothing big, but considering this is a newly refurbished five star hotel, it was surprising to see the low quality finishes in our room. Sloppy paint work, bathroom tap fittings not attached cleanly to tiles, balcony strip lighting missing. This may have only been our room, #2335. All of the public areas however was spectacular and grand to walk through.

Absolutely fantastic hotel at the quieter end of Sanur. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, it oozes luxury and relaxation. The breakfasts are the best I have ever experienced…so much gorgeous fresh food, from lots of cuisines. The staff are superb and go out of their way to do everything possible to help. The decor is incredible and very innovative. The bedrooms are wonderful…beds so comfy, spectacular views (we were floor 9) but all would be good! Luxurious toiletries in the bathrooms and plenty of hot water! The pool is massive with lovely sunbeds pool or beach side…all very calm and gorgeous. We would not hesitate to go back, it’s a fantastic oasis of luxury in sanur. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay…we even extended because it was so good!

The cost of extras like spa treatments and bike hire are very expensive compared to similar in the area.

The setting is beautiful, the food was delicious, the Entrance is awesome and staff very pleasant and attentive. Bed linen of good quality and the bath towels are excellent, fluffy and large! The feeling of luxury as car door opened on arrival.

Appreciate staff are in training, however, attention to detail will be paramount if going to achieve full 5* Chilling champagne glasses, ensuring stopper on bottle: bringing water to the table immediately: not serving main course whilst guest still eating first course:good quality loungers to make the most of the fabulous view:

Pools could have shade cover over them. I didn't like that we booked and paid for a beach view room and got a garden view room, which had no views of garden and views of a crane.

Our experience at Bali Beach Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The property is modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were all incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful – their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was generous and offered a wide variety of options. From fresh fruits and hot dishes to delicious pastries, there was something to suit every taste. The hotel’s pool was truly impressive: large, crystal clear, and the water temperature was perfect at any time of the day. It provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. What stood out as well was the sense of safety we felt throughout our stay. Both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area, there was a calm and secure atmosphere, which added greatly to our peace of mind and overall experience. We highly recommend Bali Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, modern environment with friendly service, high-quality amenities, and a truly safe and relaxing setting in Bali.

After changing rooms, unfortunately, we received a bed that made loud creaking noises with even the slightest movement, which significantly impacted our sleep quality. There was a connecting door between our room and the neighboring one that offered no sound insulation at all, so every noise came through clearly, making it difficult to rest. The walls were also very thin, so sounds from the surrounding rooms were easily heard. Additionally, the pillows had an unpleasant odor – when we lay down and air was pushed out, a distinctly unpleasant, almost bodily smell was released, which further reduced our overall comfort.

Absolutely loved everything! The building was an architectural inspiration, the room was very comfortable with gorgeous pool & ocean views & the breakfast was outstanding.

No full light in the study area. We had to hire the bikes (the other resort we stayed in Nusa Dua offered complimentary bikes & no time limit). Smoking should not be allowed anywhere around the breakfast area including the balcony as it still spoils it for the people inside & no smoking around the pool. The pool was way too warm, as were all the Resorts we stayed in. I think they should have full cover to help keep them at a safe temperature under 30 degrees to avoid sickness & to ensure the swim is refreshing.

Beautiful property can not fault it. Lovely attentive staff, clean facilities, great Buffet breakfast . The pool is the best I’ve ever seen, so big and warm overlooking the beach.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s decorated so well and has the most peaceful waterfalls in reception and calming music being played everywhere you go. The staff cannot do enough for you, from getting you a sun lounger in the perfect spot without even asking, to bringing bowls of fruit to your room. I checked in and was so very kindly upgraded to a suite. The room was stunning, with gorgeous views of the very clean olympic sized swimming pool and the super quiet beach out front. The hotel has loads of security staff who even asked me where I was going one day and advised me the safest way to walk there. I was offered a free session for aromatherapy and sound healing whilst there which was a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing, any food you could possibly want.

There was a bad smell coming from the drains however this is an issue all over Bali. The dinner menu was also a bit limited.

Great location on a quiet spot on the beach. Hotel has a section of the beach which is kept clean and has loungers and umbrellas. Beautiful pool area. The staff are the stars of this resort. Friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Good selection at breakfast and good food at both restaurants. Special shout out to Gustra and Chandra though all staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. We stayed there for 11 days and then moved to Nusa Dua but decided to return to The Bali Beach Hotel for another 8 days. There is a walking path from the hotel to the new Icon shopping mall and along the way there are stores and restaurants.
