The hotel overall is very good, clean, easily accessible from the freeway, and with a professional and friendly staff. I've known it since they created it, and I have to say that it's a bit affected by time, but this is in no way at the expense of comfort and cleanliness! The only sore point (but just to nitpick) is that parking is not exclusive to the hotel, so because of the nearby shopping centers, it is sometimes difficult to find parking in front of the main entrance.

It was perfect for our purpose: one night on the way to the ferry to Corsica. Room and bathroom are modern, clean, we have appreciated the possibility to open the window for fresh air ( not obvious on a higher floor) to dine and have a drink in the evening. Parking is on site, not supervised, but we did not feel uncomfortable with it.

Near the train station, but far from everything else. Great location if you want to use the train as a hub. Prepare for a good walk to actually explore the city. The hotel is new, clean and with good staff. The restaurant is also pretty good, with fair prices for breakfast and dinner. Good bathroom and comfortable bed.

Wish there was a direct path from the train station to the left to the hotel, instead of a 15min walk around to the right to access. The hotel management should try to build a direct road to connect with the station, since the building is so near. That will help travelers and attract more business.

It's a practical place to stay over night before an early morning ferry departure out of Livorno. The on site restaurant is good for dinner. However its the only alternative in the area.

The hotel is approaching the years when it needs renovations (bathroom etc) The location (right next to the highway) is an issue if you are looking for alternative restaurants. There is nothing within walking distance.

Perfect match of amenties, service, and very fair price. Top quality thoughtful amenties such as free parking, big bathroom and shower, perfectly stocked mini-bar, very comfortable bed, perfect hotel closet, plenty of delicious choices for breakfast, and friendly staff that allowed me to practice not very good italian.

Not a single complaint as Hotel was very attentive without overdoing anything.

Very convenient for the ferry to Bastia. It was also a 15 min walk to the station to get a 16 min train into Pisa, so we spent a great afternoon there. The trains run every half an hour. Our ferry was at 7am and as we had booked breakfast, they kindly made us up a takeaway bag to take on board. Hotel was clean, car park outside, room wasn't enormous but then we only slept in it. We ate at the restaurant and it was good.

We were so happy to "land" in this hotel after an awful journey with Corsica ferries. It is not located at all in the center of Livorno, more in an industrial area, but such a heaven! We arrived late and could directly eat at the restaurant, where the food was divine!. The room was very good and bathroom also, all in marble Breakfast was continental and very well assorted.

The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. Quiet, clean and very pleasant place to stay. You have out and underground parking. During our stay we visited Livorno, Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre. We made a very good choice with this hotel!

Food at the restaurant was much better than expected. Fancy looking bathroom for a basic room. Found the bed comfy. Seemed to be plenty of parking at the time we arrived (around 5:30).

Location is rather remote from the rest of town. But convenient to the highway.

The hotel was perfect for us. We were looking for a hotel close to the train station. It was about a 15 minute walk, but we were fine with that. It was very clean, and the staff was helpful.

The location is a little isolated from restaurants.
