Clean rooms and very friendly staff, special thanks to Samandar and manager Aleksey for their support and hospitality. I left my luggage for two days when I was travelling and they kindly agreed to help. Breakfast is fresh and quite healthy, much better than in some Tashkent hotels where I stayed. The housekeeping staff was also friendly. My overall impression was great and I would like to come back whenever I will be in Kokand again!

The heating in the room was a bit smelling like coal, but it’s more a structural problem in some buildings. Nevertheless, a person from reception came to my room to check if everything is fine, grateful for that.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and took great care of my needs. Thanks to the great support of the receptionist, I was able to find an affordable taxi driver for my day excursion, and one of the hotel employees even joined me as a guide for the day. I am especially grateful to Azam for his attentive translation and guidance to the key sights in the area.

The mattress could use a replacement, but it was okay.

The hotel is located about twenty minutes walking from the train station. Some minimarkets and fast food are within walking distance. The staff has always been welcoming and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent and abundant buffet breakfast.

The rating is not the maximum because I was charged the tourist tax again (which according to Booking.com was included in the room rate): not a big problem for me as I only stayed one night, but it could be for longer stays.

This hotel is a big hotel chain in Uzbekistan apparently. So their service is up to international standards. The location is quite in the center of Kokand. Nearby, there is a supermarket and a good restaurant. The room was pretty spacious for the three of us and the staff is very kind enough to arrange taxi for us to Tajik border.

- When we were there, the elevator was not working and our room is at the third floor. - The mattress in our room is quite stiff and hard.

Wonderful man on reception found me a room with the minimum stairs which is very important for me. Excellent mattress, so comfortable bed. Good size room with windows that open. Location is fairly central but there is no real city centre.

Not well run. Loud aggressive discussion with the builder in the foyer for an hour. A good scrub and repairs certainly needed as shower broken and generally run down. Few food options closeby.

Large comfortable room with armchair as well as decent size desk. Good blackout curtains. Walkable/ easy to locate from the train station and other sites such as Khan palace and local food cafes/shops. Lift to upper floors, OK breakfast, and kettle in room.

Young reception staff have only passable English, not great. But they're trying :) Lovely cleaning staff :)

The hotel is up to the standard of any west europe or america one if not better, e.g. many in west stopped providing daily house keeping (for good reason). My room is actually huge, with a three-seated sofa... Breakfast is a standard buffet. If you want the full variety, you will have to go earlier, e.g. definitely not after 9am in my two-day's experience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we were glad to have picked it as our accommodation in Kokand. For one thing, it was excellent value, and the service at reception was very good. Staff were English-speaking, helpful and polite. The rooms seem to have been refurbished very recently, so everything was clean and modern. The photos currently on this site don't do the rooms justice. Wifi was good, as was the location - just a 15-minute walk from the palace.

Breakfast was very so-so, except for the good coffee.

Centrally located Hotel, large room with all amenities provided. Bathroom was well equipped and everything was extremely clean. Prayer mat was provided which was a nice touch. Staff were very helpful and professional. Able to walk to main sites of significance, as I was only staying the 1 night. The breakfast was amazing, great variety provided and buffet style. Coffee machine was very nice. Highly recommend for a nice stay in Kokand.

Good location with many restaurants, shops abd ATM in the area. The room was comfortable and clean with big bed with fresh sheets and 2 windows (soundproof), AC and complementary water bottle and tea. The bathroom was also clean. Breakfast had a real coffee machine :)

The hotel still in process of restoration in common areas, breakfast was poor with not much variety, Wi-Fi not so good and the guy in reception gave us wrong informations about the bus stand to Beshariq (we lost 1hour and money, and we had to go back to catch the bus 20 near the hotel).
