Everthing was above excellent. The room a was super clean , air condition was working great, view from rooms was amazing, neighborhood is very silent and cozy , so many free parking places around the hotel and breakfast was really delicious and fresh . Staff were super friendly and helpful. When we asked something they helped us immediatly. One of the best and unforgetable accommodation for us . We highly recommend .

Domenico and Pietro are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The check-in and check-out went smoothly and our room fully met our expectations. The AC was a lifesaver during the heatwave! The breakfast was just right, not too much and not too little to choose from. Fresh cappuccino was always served as well and if, for example, you needed extra milk, you could just ask them. I also liked how friendly they treated every guest but also their cleaning stuff. We felt like we were staying at a big family. The location is also very convinient: the nearest train station is just a 10-15 minutes walk away, small beaches (with stones) are also just 5 minutes away and there are very delicious restaurants in a 5-25 min walk radius in the area.

Porticello and Santa Flavia are in general beautiful towns, but it's sad to see a lot of garbage lying around the streets and sometimes on the beach. I hope it changes to the better in the future and that both tourists and locals value the beauty of this place. Domenico and Pietro are great examples on how it can be done by sorting the garbage and keeping everything on their facility clean! :)

Room very comfortable. We were on first floor with a balcony with nice views. Breakfast was nice out on patio. Convenient to eating houses, old harbour and Old Porticello. Train station 10 minute walk away. Went to Cefalu by train, bit over an hour depending on day and time. Building was tastefully renovated about 6 years ago

About 30 minutes walk to Sant'Elia beach which is sandy. Bit far on a hot day. Otherwise good.

The property was a jewel! Everything was clean, organized, and Domenico and Pietro were amazing hosts!! The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The living area was very spacious and there was tons of space outdoors. The green areas were just beautifully done and kept up. If you are going to visit Paöermo, I HIGHLY recommend you stay here and take the train into the city from the Bagheria station. It was only a short drive from the property. There are some great places in Santa Flavia for food!!

Beautiful room; high ceiling, ornate floors, with a luxury bathroom and a large balcony facing the sea. Beautiful historic building, very well maintained, set in gardens. Kitchen for use of guests so you could make tea etc, and breakfast was included - as it was off season this was arranged with a nearby cafe right on the sea. Shops and a very good local restaurant were open, which is not always the case off season in seaside places. Our host spoke good English.

We had some delay getting into the property on arrival, as it was late in the evening, dark and wet. Our host had tried to contact us in the morning, to confirm arrangements, but we were on a ferry so had no phone or internet connection. So that was just bad luck.

Apartment was quite big, had space to work, to rest, access to terrace with a sea view. It had everything one needs. It was clean, had towels and beddings. 10 min walk to the train station. There was no problem parking the car in the street. There was small store nearby, had most of basic items. 30 min drive from Palermo.

One had to drive to get some bigger shopping.

I had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, with a lot of terraces and a lovely view. The owners are so kind and helpful with everything. The neighborhood is quiet, next to the harbor and even though Porticello is not big, there is a lot to see in the surroundings. Great breakfast too.

Nothing to complain about. I came by train and walked to the house, that was a bit of a hussle with a heavy suitcase, as there were no taxis. But the owner brought me to the station on my way back.

The B&B was really clean and cozy and i loved every room at the stay. Especially the panoramic tower was a highlight. Breakfast was served on the porch and overall a pleasant stay. Pietro also helped me to organize a boat trip last minute! so helpful! i would definitively choose to stay at Villa Edera if i get the chance to visit Santa Flavia again in the future.

Everything was perfect!

I loved this little gem of a villa. The staff were very nice and friendly, the included breakfast was delicious and the location was great. We opted to stay here instead of in Palermo and were glad we did as it’s close enough to drive around to many nearby locations. Close to affordable places to eat as well.

Everything was perfect! The villa was renovated, and everything is new and clean. Big terases with splendid sea weiv. Breakfast was nice, fresh food. Close to the beach. Brothers, owners the villa, are very polite ,contact the other our comodation and took our baggage to other place, where we had booked for the next day. Arranged transfer from aeroport. The driver Nano was excellent , polite and make jokes,give us many information. Strong recomend.
