Friendly staff, helped with late checkout for free. Bed mattress quality, good shower with high water pressure. Atmosphere. Amazing pizza in restaurant.

Noise in the late evening (between midnight and 2 am) they're doing cleaning this time. Also, from 7 am someone beggins cleaning swimming pool and also not possible to continue sleeping, at least in our room opposite main bar and pool. Safe in our room was broken, not possible to use at all, but wasn't critical for me.

Some smell from the rooms at the ground

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks this December with our two children and loved it. The staff at the hotel are amazing… From housekeeping to reception and bar/ restaurant staff. Particular shout outs to Madame Mariama Cisse who led the housekeeping team and the entire staff of the restaurant and bar. Madame Cisse led an exceptionally professional and thorough service throughout our entire stay. She has high standards and fantastic customer relations skills. As for the team at the Onyx bar - too many stars to mention individually but such a fantastic group of people. All incredible ambassadors for the hotel and I hope this is truly recognized.

The location is great. The view is stunning on the ocean. The staff is very helpful. I booked first for a stay of 10 days. I needed to extend my stay. Coumba Ndiaye and Mr.Demba managed to find me a great room and were very helpful. I also include Coumba Mame and the ladies who were cleaning my room every day. I felt like being at home.

Our stay in the hotel will remain in our fond memories. Accommodation, cleanliness and food are at a high level. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view from the room is priceless, as is the possibility of walking along the coast. The food is of high quality and varied. The music during the evening is quiet and ends already at 22:00.

The swiming pool is big and nice, but water is very cold what makes the pool useless. An investment in the solar water heaters would be of an importance.

brilliant swimming pool. Shopping Centre next to hotel was extremely convenient. I like the way the hotel was laid out over the various floors and the beauty of the decor. Some really nice artwork.

Sliding door to the bathroom and the external sliding door to the pool area were far too difficult to open and shut and need fixing/maintaining. Facecloths should be standard in the bathrooms (we shouldn’t have to request these). Bathroom should come with toilet brush as standard.

Quiet and very comfortable beds. Free breakfast is offered as a complementary.

The room had an unpleasant smell, and the fridge and minibar were empty. It would have been better if they had been pre-stocked. Online check-in felt redundant, as I had to go through the same process at reception. The process needs to be streamlined to make it more efficient.

The location was perfect. The view of the sea from the room was amazing. The room is big. The facilities were kept clean. The bar service and l' Avenue were top notch. Check-in and check out were simple and easy. Parking was convenient. Phillppe and Wamau were amazing servers. L' Avenue management was very attentive and helpful.

Lack of vegan options. There is not a non smoking area for seating outside. The service at the outside restaurant was slow and they were inattentive.

The staff were extremely attentive to me and my team! the housekeeping lady by the name of Mariama was exceptional in cleaning my room, kind and honest. I accidentally left my safe open with thousands of $$, values properties, passport etc and she cleaned the room without touching a thing or a penny. Penda at the reception was also amazing and wanted to make sure all went well during my stay. last but not least Awa and florentine in the restaurant was just spectacular, they went above and beyond for my event to be successful. overall the whole team were 10/10.

The hotel is well organized with resturants, outdoor pool and views to the beach. Overall great experience and hotel

The resturant service is a bit slow. Need to seek a server. The facilities in the room were a bit broken. Sink and tub that water slowly goes out and tub with broken tiles.
