Hotel is very nice, food was nice and location is very good.

Staff is very confused, unsecure like they dont know what actually they have to do. When we arrive the girl on reception didnt explain to us anything , where is the Spa, restaurant, what kind of facilities we have . She just give us key and thats it. We visit a lot of hotels , for hotel with five star they should be more welcomed and helpful. We call restaurant to order food in room they wasnt sure even about menu what they have.

Great location. The stuff is super kind. Room was spacious, fully equipped and spotless clean.

SPA center is small and water in pool is cold.

The rooms and room service are exceptional. The service is wonderful and helpful. Our coton de tuler enjoyed food, toys and a special pet bed.

The breakfast was good, but the organization and service were poorly organized. Because of this, the crowds were huge, there were no free tables, and when a table became available, it remained uncleaned and unset for a meal for a long time. And the only complaint is that the indoor and outdoor pools are really small, especially for a 5-star hotel.

The room was so comfortable and big. The breakfast was also delicious and very various. The service and the employees are at a high level.

The outdoor pool is not well connected to the spa. You have to go out to the other floor to get to the outdoor pool. Also the spa centar is very small.. and you have to reserve your time. Probably in a 5* star hotel, you should have the chance to go to the spa whenever you want.

Charming stuff, but everyone could see that the hotel lacks them. They are just overworked, flying to finish the tasks. Beautiful hotel (please clean the windows for 10/10 views).

We waited for over 2 hours to check in our room, It wasn't ready on time. It was 2 hours late, no complimentary drink or anything and I am in the 9th month of pregnancy. Pretty a lousy experience to wait that much time in my condition after 5hours of travel. So little could make a difference, they just didn't try to make an effort in any way to make it up. This was our first impression. For this class of the hotel, it's just unacceptable.

Hotel is great, centrally located overlooking ski slopes and right beside the ski lifts, near shops and restaurants. Facilities and amazing as well as the reception and welcome we received. Rooms are spacious and very comfy. A special thanks to Sanja Glisic from the restaurant for all her help and efforts to provide everything we needed.

Kitchen area is not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel, in particular the service. Staff were clearly unhappy and unwilling to work. It was hard to get a cup of coffee in the morning, we had to go around looking for someone who can bring us some coffee instead of being offered coffee or tea when we are seated. There was enough staff around but they were standing in far corners chatting instead of making sure that everything is available. Having coffee, fruit juice and water available at all times is a minimum in even 3 star hotels. Of course, an exception was Sanja and maybe one or two others who were super professional and helpful.

New hotel with big room, location in the centar of Kopaonik, tasty breakfast and dinner, polite staff

We come out of season for spa and fresh air, but there is not indoor swimming pool and water in pools was cold

Perfect location and magnificent view! The room was excellent and the staff from the reception and the piccolos were very nice and very professional.

The organisation and the variety of the buffet was very poor. There were no drinks on our disposal during the breakfast. We waited a lot just for a coffee. There was no variety of bread. Often the food was missing. And a strange thing - a dish from the dinner was served next morning on breakfast... The waiters were quite young and eventhough they tried their best, it was obvious that they don't have any experience and that gave bad impression not corresponding to a 5 stars hotel.

Great location, very friendly and great helpfully stuff, nice room, cleanliness is lot over average.

Small breakfast and dinner area, basic food menu-it is not fabulous level… also ski rental- basic, they rent ski equipment looker separately (it is not included in price, like parking garage … SPA working for families with child until 17:00( to short) if you want to ski… it is impossible to use that facilities , like almost everything in that “hotel” …

A decent hotel. It was well decorated for the holidays. Very helpful and friendly staff - they gave us a free upgrade of one of the rooms, helped us unload and load things from the car, constantly updated the water and tea and coffee in the rooms. Great view of the slope. Ski rental directly at the hotel. Not a bad spa. Good breakfasts, especially the omelette and eggs Benedict. Valet parking.

The main restaurant is open in the evening according to the buffet system, the choice of dishes is not bad. But there was not enough restaurant with a menu, it was closed for some reason. It is almost impossible to book a massage for the evening after skiing. The check-out procedure takes a long time. It is unusual to pay for the storage of ski equipment.
