Pool can be a bit crowded some mornings Not close to any beaches, but as mentioned there are plenty of transport options nearby Pool bar closes a bit early (10pm)

Rooms are adequately equipped. Staff are super friendly, including the reception, restaurant staff, security, and cleaning staff. Everyone is trying the best to make your stay very pleasant. They installed a water gun in the toilet during my stay, very efficient. The breakfast has a wide variety.

The room lacks a safe. The breakfast is very good, except the cheese.

The food isn’t the best but it’s very varied for Sierra Leone and there are lots of choices. Would be nice to have more African foods on the menu

Staff , room service, and shaif Mr Joshep he is in cooking with very good test, and i am from India but he cook for me indian dish he is amazing, reception staff very frenkly and well trained to assist coustomer, housekeeping is also best All good had great stay

The staff is the biggest asset of this hotel. I would like to acknowledge in particular Mustafa from reception/management who helped me find my iPhone left in a car. The swimming pool is nice. The food in the restaurant is great, both breakfast buffet and a la carte, great seafood. Chapeau to the chef!

The breakfast is always top notch The WIfi was brilliant The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful I can use my mastercard!!!

I enjoyed the breakfast very much. Would have also liked muesli as the other cereals provided were too sweet

Would have liked more snacks on the menu as well as full meals. My sheets and towels were not changed during my seven (7) night stay. Maybe change them once every 3 - 4 days?

NBH get it absolutely right as a business hotel. it works it is clean and comfortable, staff is professional. highly recommend

Rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent with very friendly staff to help you in every detail. The generator is ready when the power is cut.
