It's a perfect place for a family with children. Great ski instructors and ski slope for beginners. Room big enough, with everything you need. Plenty of parking space. The food is a bit monotonous.

We bought option with breakfast and dinner. To our surprise we had to pay additionaly for drinks (even water!) for dinner. We were unlucky to have bad weather, so it's not really a resort's fault, but there is not much to do when it rains all the time. Caves were closed. The only real option is Tatralandia aquapark, but it was packed, as you can imagine.

Great location, nice cottages, comfy rooms. We had appartment for 4 and we didn't miss anything there. There was also cutlery and dishes for kids. Beautiful views and a lot of fun and activities for kids. Parking is available directly next to the cottage, no need to walk long distances with luggage. Possibility to charge el-cars there. Possibility to have your pet with you. Most of the staff we met was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast time in the restaurant was busy, horrible busy, queues, often missing food or plates.. Lady there wasn't very helpful, when we asked for children's chair, she just said we should look somewhere in the restaurant and we will find some. I would also expect in this kind of big resort possibility to pay "on the room", so we would not need to have money with us all the time (mostly when you go for a swim, it is not that much fun).

We liked the place itself. It's well equipped, easy to get there. We came here for skiing, so we really liked the free bus to ski paradise. Breakfast was delicious and the stuff very kind. We would definitely come back next year with our whole family.

Sometimes we heard the machine which prepared the place for skiing in the resort. The windows isolation is not the best, when it was so windy outside, it was colder on that side of the bed (by the window). Room maintenance wasn't the best, some of the light switches weren't working.

The property is well thought of with a lot of activities for kids, considering you want to stay on the premises of this resort

The biggest minus of this location is that if you want to ski outside the Demanova resort, then it’s almost impossible to use any of the facilities included in the price, considering that their ski free pass of three hours is only valid until 4:30 PM and the spa allows kids entrance until 5pm. Since I visited with my kids, we weren’t able to use any of the facilities.

We lived in a cottage - it is a separate building with jacuzzi and full kitchen-even an oven. There is a small ski slope on the resort - a perfect place for the beginners or children to learn. And there are a lot of activities especially for children.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the baby cot. You have to pay a fee to get it and there is a three-piece paralon foam mattress (which is not healthy for babies to sleap) and it is covered with a bed sheet on elastic band which makes the mattress hunched over.

Great place to stay with family. Enough to do for kids. Nice area with pools, small wellness and nice restaurant. rooms were clean and big enough. I would rent the house next time as they looked amazing. Great addition was the live music.

Not too much to do for teenagers. When was booking I could not find option to rent the house instead of the room, which would be great for me and family. Not a big issue, as room was ok.

we loved absolutely everything!!! from the check in, to accommodation to delicious food, fantastic kids paradise like environment and surroundings:) staff was super helpful and polite, kind and accommodating, we cant complain a bit:) and for kids??? wow! u dont need to go anywhere:)

we loved everything:) just little tip for managers: please add some storage or hooks in bathroom and maybe bigger kid’s playground inside when the weather goes murky and rainy:)

We stayed there during winter skying season. They provide great facilities for this. Excelent location for families with children. They provided a great breakfast, the rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. The parking space and the spa were a great plus.

The spa opening hours for children (until 17:00 PM) make it impossible to use it during skying season.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff and accommodation were great. Great to have a bakery on site too. Quite a few activities organised during the day and evening. We would go back 😀

You have to pay extra for the rides, and even a day pass only covers a few of them and the ones covered in a pass are for little kids rather than the slightly older ones, so not really worth buying it…

We came with the plan to teach our child to ski and the location is great for that purpose - the slope is small but for this purpose ideal, especially that it's so close to the accommodation. The apartment was very nice, new and clean. There was everything required for small food preparation, nothing was missed. We appreciated also the ski room. There were plenty activities for children as snow tubing, there is play ground and small wellness what was sufficient for the child and we enjoyed also the saunas available.
