- Beautiful place to stay - very kind people focus not only on making money but on providing comfort for guest - friend can't come due to urgent surgery when everything was booked and paid and they changed price and reverted money understanding his difficult situation. They said: let he come to us for recovery and have no additional sad things like payment for not used room. They bought my heart by this. I am going to come back to them with family and promote them for their positive obsession on customer - extra sauna with vie on mountains - very good breakfast - very kind service Usually I don't write comments but they deserve on this. Great location - just a few minutes walk from the center of bovec, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The room was clean and stylish with a big balcony to the mountains! The staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good. Breakfast was basic but ok. Free parking.

The swimming pool was more like a very very cold small pond no way was it a swimming pool very disappointed .The dinner service was very slow we had thought of walking into town but it seems the hotel have a big party and that took up a lot of kitchen time .

Bovec is nice small town. The hotel is near town- a bit out of town. Hotel is nice. We booked because of pool due hot weather. The pool is as shown in photo. We did not use pool. Breakfast was fine. It is all fine but a bit expensive for what it is. Staff was good.

Regarding the breakfast there was enough food for all sorts of people, even for vegans and vegetarians. The location was nice with no high buildings around and that offered a really nice view on the surrounding scenery.

Maybe the type of my bed. It was a king size, merged from two beds as described in the offer, however I'd rather have one that is made from one piece. The room that I booked was a bit too big, a superior one and therefore a bit more expensive related to others, normal ones. I wanted to book something smaller, but at the time of doing the booking (app. 12 days before the arrival) only this type was supposed to be available and when we came there, we found out that the hotel wasn't even half occupied which was a sort of surprise for me. The hotel has a sauna which is fine, however if there was a Jacuzzi too, it would certainly make the hotel even more interesting.

Great location with only a few minutes walk to the centre of Bovec. Hotel room was very comfortable and breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Very quiet with nice surrounding views. Ample parking spaces available on the property itself.

Some bathroom features a little dated and some items may benefit from a renovation however, everything was fully functional and working well.

Good location on main road with parking and short walk to the centre of town. Suite was large and comfortable with jacuzzi.

Decor of room was dated, bright red sofa and red curtains. Didn't like the sliding glass door to bathroom and stone trip hazard to jacuzzi bath area. TV had no english channels. Staff efficient but could be warmer/more welcoming

We chose the hotel as it was an easy stop off travelling from Kranjska Gora to Piran. We opted here rather than the centre of Bovec as access was easier re parking and we could easily walk in to town for dinner in the evening - a good thing to walk off those extra calories enjoyed at dinner. Staff were very approachable and accommodating. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Room large, clean and comfortable including a very powerful shower in the very nicely decorated bathroom.

Lacked character but that was more than likely due to it being a low season in Bovec. On a main road but this was not an issue as very quiet.

Wonderful views, fantastic location, comfortable beds and a spacious room. Would highly recommend.

No in room tea or coffee making facilities is the only thing that lets this hotel down!

Love the view from our large balcony. It was a scenic 5 minute walk to the centre city. The staff was very friendly and informative.

The little bar was closed-because of the time of season of our travel -but they offered wine or beer at the space near the reception.
