The friendliest, most helpful staff. The woman who checked me in and was there the entire stay couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The atmosphere was lovely and serene and the room as modern and comfortable. Great wifi too.

The owner's giant dog was at the restaurant across the street from the hotel and didn't have a collar or a leash on. I had a very young puppy with me (on a leash) and she went charging at her. The police pulled up and it was a mess. I think the owner should at the very least have their dog under control so that she doesn't scare the guests or guests pets. She was quite a ferocious looking dog! I heard she was very sweet---but I didn't know that as it was charging toward my brand new 12 week old puppy!

Staff was exceptionaly friendly and helpful, even beyond of what was asked or expected. Room preferences were taken into consideration before the arrival. Gym is available 24/7 and is for the most part empty. Turkish and Finnish saunas are both available and open till 10 pm or a bit longer, if requested. Room service was fast, prices were great, food selection was limited but tasty. Staff geniunely cares for their guests and that can be clearly seen by little tokens such as offering to check if the sauna is on and calling back or hearing 'hurry up, guests are waiting' from the kitchen, the moment they ran out of vegetables during breakfast, and offering to bring it to the table. I rarely bother to write a review, but they've deserved it -- great job!

Parking nearest to the hotel was occasionally full, but there were ample parking spaces around. Keep in mind that the double room has two separate beds, which can't be connected to one (as in most hotels), as there will still be a gap in the middle, where the bed frames connect.

Extraordinary hotel with surprising interior. Very modern. It’s located right on the highway exit. Very spacious and quite rooms. Staff very helpful and polite. Car charging station of a great capacity. We had a lunch at the restaurant CAMINO which is at the same complex. We ate grate Argentinian stake and a fresh bison stake. Kids had Napolitan pizzas and the food overall is top notch. Highly recommended for those who want top quality fresh food and a contemporary modern hotel.

The staff, from reception to restaurant, were very positive for guests. The rooms were large and very clean, modern design dominated. The breakfasts varied and it was convenient to find a place both inside and outside the restaurant. Very pet friendly hotel. Large and convenient parking lot. The hotel is located next to the motorway exit, which is a great support for travellers, but probably not for longer stays.

In fact, there is nothing like that, but it is worth emphasizing that the hotel is intended for people travelling by car/motorbikes, as it is far from any attraction.

Perfect located accommodation for an overnight stay on our way to Italy. The hotel is next to the highway, easily accessible, with a large parking, good restaurant 50 m from the hotel. The staff is very attentive, smooth check-in and very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was wonderful and we were almost sorry to leave. It's also pet friendly, and we felt welcomed.

I was here in double room in winter'22 and it was spacious. Now I was here in family room for 4 persons and it was not so spacious so I recommend to stay in double room. Buffet Breakfast now is OK but in winter'22 it was by menu and it was much better

Is only good as a night stop to travel on, nothing to do or see here, there is a LiDL truck depot next door, no noise due to good isolation except if you want to open the window for some fresh air!

This is just funny - big ceiling shower in the bathroom has a priority over hand shower. It switches first, hand shower has to be switched on separately. So, cold surprise is possible 😉. Adress in Booking.com is not correct, I recommend to use Google Maps, not GPS, and put there just “Hotel A”

The receptionist has been really kind and available to offer her support for everything. When I left, after paying the bill, she/the hotel provided a little present: biscuits made from the hotel's kitchen to wishing good journey. Simple, but really appreciate act.

The dessert :( comparing to the dinner that it was quite good. Probably the total amount of the dinner was a little bit expensive in relation to the expectation. The breakfast in this moment for COVID is not self-service, but the menù has a wide range of proposals.
