Comfortable beds, bathroom met my requirements. Coffee and tea in rooms. Good breakfast.

The website did not inform us that some rooms could only be reached by using a VERY steep and slippery staircase. I was travelling with a 83 and 86year old couple and they were terrified of travelling up so high. No support rails in showers for the elderly. Property representative claims that it was my responsibility to inform me - I feel that the advert was supposed to inform me about the necessity to do that....

Staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Rooms good and shower had a nice stream of water. Quiet from main road which ensure a good quality sleep. Location very good for visiting Panorama Medi-Clinic, Durbanville Medi Clinic, with easy access roads. We shall definitely use Bell Rosen again when we have to visit Doctors or have small medical procedures done.

Immaculate staircase at the entrance which immediately place the B&B in a different class. The toilet facilities was spot on even during loadshedding I could take a warm shower upon my arrival. The venue is safe and secure eventhough it has no guarding front gate. Comfortable bed and the breakfast was delightful.

Breakfast can improve with a little variety on fresh fruit. It's was not ripe and sour (the apples and melon). No cheese or cold meats as it would have completed the magic.

We had a family suite, which was much bigger than I expected. There's a toboggan park about 2km away, which was a great experience for my kids.

There was no curtain on the main part of the (large) window in the main lounge. This meant that anyone from the busy roads outside could see straight into the room. The main bed headboard was very dusty in the corners.

Unfortunately I was not able to take breakfast as I had to leave early- the one day I had some crumpets and coffee, this was good. The access to some freshly brewed coffee would be nice, although we had instant coffee in the room, its not the same.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable beds. It was also very spacious. I did like the fact that our hosts prepared a breakfast pack for us as we left very early the following morning.

Nothing really, except for my bacon was burnt and omelette was slightly burnt as well.

The breakfast was excellent. We did not need to buy any lunch during the day as the breakfast was very filling.

The door between the bedroom and the bathroom came of its track and fell on my six year old grandson.

Staff was helpful and friendly when I phoned to confirm time of arrival and even informed about the loadshedding schedule And in the morning after a great breakfast they even supplied me with some ice for our water flasks The room exceeded all my expectations Definitely will come back

The breakfast menu can have more variety . Staying there often, leaves one not wanting to go for breakfast . There’s a guesthouse in oakglen where one can stay for 2 weeks and not get bored with the breakfast . Maybe this we’ll established guesthouse owes its patrons that much!
