The location is great, lovely beach front view with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities were clean and good with in house leisures such as a beauty spa which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were friendly and swiftly responsive to our calls. Absolutely no regrets we had a wonderful stay.

That little welcome letter you get when you enter the room had the wrong name on. It was not addressed to me, that's poor admin. The shower tends to flood some water outside, this can be avoided by just pointing the shower head towards the inside of the shower.

Perfect location. Loved the sea view and the breakfasts. The warm 'goodbye, enjoy your day' and welcome on my return received from the security standing at the entrance. Wish I got his name.

In saying the breakfasts were amazing, the 'hot' side of the breakfast except the eggs was lukewarm. Would have liked a microwave to heat it up. Loud talking of staff to one another in dining room during meals. Rooms are amazing but bathroom area not practical, especially if you sharing with a friend. Would seem most (not all) reception staff are there just for a job, not really their passion. Bedside lamp needs a sticker stating where switch is.

The views from the bedroom are absolutely stunning (I had mountain and ocean views) just like the pictures. The breakfast is outstanding, staff friendly and efficient, restaurant good with amazing Mountain View’s and the Spa and hairdressers were good value. The area is clean, walks on the beach across the road easy and pleasant. I hope to go again, and often! Thank you all.

The hotel is clean,the staff is friendly and they welcomed us with warm hearts and we were more than welcome.The food was very delicious and the room service was exceptional.The hotel is very quiet.Thank you very much Blaauwberg beach hotel we realy enjoyed our 3 nights there n we felt like we could extend our stay.👌👌👌👌

The location is very good with a fantastic view across the bay to Table Mountain. The rooms all face the sea and the balcony is a great place to sit and relax. The restaurant and the Doodles restaurant located in the neighborhood offer a great selection in addition to seafood. You can walk for miles along the beach and the place is very safe.

The service was slowly and the communication between the personal was sometimes poor. The telephone did not work and it was not possible to call the room servoce or the front desk. The front desk took the notice but during the stay nothing changed. To sit on the toilet in a blind but semitransparent glass box is not taste of everbody.

The location is beyond stunning. We had a table mountain view room with a balcony so looked out over the ocean & mountain & it's a 30 second walk to the beach. The room was spotlessly clean with a bath, power shower, king size bed & even a coffee machine The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendlier & nothing was too much trouble. The onsite restaurant was fab. Every meal we had was gorgeous & the cocktails were perfect too.... You've got to have a couple of cocktails on holiday! There's onsite, free parking which was a massive bonus as it's not the easiest thing to park on the waterfront

The views are exceptional. The hotel and restaurant were beyond my expectations. The hotel staff were friendly, obliging, answered any questions I had, took care of every detail I had concerns about. Totally outstanding, couldn’t rate them any higher than 100%. They could teach other hotels about customer service.

Balcony door was very tricky to actually lock, it took me a long time to master it. Shared door to next room was not locked. Being a solo female traveller it disturbed me. I did call reception and it was attended to within five minutes.

Absolutely Fantastic room with view of the Beach and the Mountain!! Excellent service by all staff. This is no "normal" hotel room !! Excellent appointments. Feature Bath is a conversation piece on it's own. Huge walk-in Shower, Separate and discrete toilet. Very Comfortable Queen size Bed. And oh the Breakfasts !!!!

TV remote was missing when we arrived, this however was rectified by a quick call to reception and it was delivered to our roo quickly.

The staff.welcomed us with a big smile.as the car stopped in front of the door.the staff member came out with luggage trolly to assist us.chech in Was hussle free.rooms are exceptionally clean and beautiful .breakfast was owesame.i would book again if I go to cape town.well done to the whole staff We checked out very early around 4:30 a.m .and they were able to accommodate children so that they can have atleast cereals before we depart.such an amazing Blouberg family.big up guys. U left a remarkable print in my heart.

Second time staying at the facility, this time for a longer period and will definitely be back. This means the overall impression is very good.

The only below par experience was breakfast time. Although the offering was good, the staff member on duty was slow, and the experience of a griller wasn't there. For a busy morning rush of people having breakfast, it is imperative that the staff are prepared and can deliver on a good hot cooked breakfast.
