Unique experience. Comfortable stay. Would consider visiting again if in the area.

Staff member responsible for check in (only person we had contact with) was unfriendly, cold and apathetic. She made almost no effect at providing orientation to the property and facilities, and had to be asked numerous questions to obtain basic information.

The room was clean, the beds were ok, and the electric blanket was very helpful since the room was cold. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay 😊. The younger ones were really excited to sleep ka guqa.

The room was too cold and I had to sit in bed for warmth, maybe a fan heater or air-conditioning would help. The driveway needs some love my car is very low.

Great authentic rooms. Amazing setting. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. It is basic, which adds to the feeling of authenticity. Loved it and would retun. We were welcomed warmly. Check-in and check-out was simple.

The generator that kicked in during load shedding (power cuts) was directly behind our room, so advise not to book room 2. No shade for cars, so they are in direct sunlight.

The place was beautiful and really authentic. I felt quite comfortable and my room was very clean. It was a proper cultural village and I will visit again because it was so absolutely cute and the staff were friendly and quite helpful. I enjoyed it. My room was cleaned and they catered for my requests. I really enjoyed my short stay.

They actually had less than the bare minimum, there was no fridge or microwave which made me a little bit unhappy. Otherwise everything else was great. They should also maybe consider fitting full mirrors in the room I could have used one. A bigger carpet on the concrete would be great, I cannot imagine what it is like in winter!

The location is good. Very peaceful and unique. It is quite refreshing to be in this place

That the bathroom is not closed to the roof. In case one uses the loo, the odor will be all over the room. The bathroom must not interfer with the room. It should be sealed up to the top. Lastly it's also hard to find the place. Move the signage towards the road.

Lovely place just outside the center of town! The staff were extremely friendly, even after we had a spill and had to request all new bedding. The room was spacious and clean in a unique zulu style hut. Shower was great, and we loved the movie channel on the TV. The value was unbeatable as well, and the kitchen facilities had literally everything you'd need if you're doing self-catering. Would stay again!

On our arrival, warm welcome from Nqobile, orientated us along the place, security guard assisted us with parking. Beds are exceptional comfortable, warm water to shower, electric blankets were very helpful as for cold weather. The room is well spacious, towels and soap. Night well spent. Breakfast was well served and very delicious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will gladly visit again.

Very comfortable guesthouse on the eastern exit from Dundee. It's easy to get there, park the car. The rooms, stylized as Zulu huts, seem small from the outside, but in reality they are quite large. All amenities, there is breakfast, In general I really liked this guesthouse

Peaceful. They thought of everything, electric blanket, load shedding light, microwave, fridge, 2 extra blankets. Outside the CBD.

How the bathroom is set out... you can't really do your number 2 there if not traveling alone. There's no door separating bedroom and bathroom.

Really quirky and unique, we very much enjoyed our stay - it was a great location for the battlefields of Islawanda, Bloed River and Roakes Drift.

The toilet seat needed replacing but other than that nothing!
