Great staff, Tinashe was so helpful. If you don't know what to do or where to go, he can advise. The location is quiet and not far from the North beach, Ocean and Gateway malls. There are restaurants around, a tiny mall. You can get the essential easily.

The cups in the room were not always cleaned everyday. The microwave also needs to be cleaned. We had some issues with the hot water, either not hot enough or too hot

Room was neat and clean, towels were nice and fluffy. They didn't have a problem with our super late check in due to the airline delaying our flight.

TV was a bit small for the size of the room but we were not there to watch TV. Wooden/hollow floors - every footstep could be heard from our room and the room next door.

Excellent all round..Staff were very pleasant & welcoming that we felt at home away from home…The Rooms were very clean and comfortable…100% value for money. Would definitely recommend…& Will definitely be coming back again.

The instant coffee provided could be better. Cooking facilities for self catering are ok but a frying pan would be nice.

The old flooring was nice. The room was big enough for us to add our babies cot there. it is so close to all restaurants and Checkers and the M4 highway. we really enioyed everything about our stay there.

the bed was a bit hard to sleep on. But it was still amazing

In MY room there was a little smell I think it’s because of the carpet but I loved everything it was just that funny smell in the room

Hi there , I love the scenery and view of the premises i stayed on 2 occasions and both were so pleasant. the comfort of the rooms was quit satisfactory. lovely designs and fresh and clean.

The fact that we could not have breakfast, they spoke about vouchers but never received one when requested. i travel every month and all places I've been recently serve breakfast so the worker cant tell me that its due to covid as all hotels,bnb,quest houses etc. but besides this i was really happy.

The pool was clean n sparkly. The sheets were crispy clean. I will return. The garden was gorgeous

The noisy water tank. No chairs in my self catering but I was given another room.

The room was clean, the facilities were great, the pool was clean and the garden was well looked after. Very nice place to stay, we have stayed before and will stay again.
