Exceptional ocean view from the balcony (if you pick balcony room). Business DSTV package with a variety of channels including full sports package. It's near the Port so you can see ships coming in and out. If you are lucky you can also catch a view from your balcony of whales breaching. It's very quiet. No noise around the hotel and guests also keep the premises quiet. No one bothers you. Everyone minds their own business but you can get assistance from staff when you need it.

The location is tricky, situated in a residential area, but there is excellent security. It's near a Vista point, you see all kinds of characters there but the locals are friendly.

The place it's nice and clean.Everything inside is well presented but the challenge they have is when they have a lot of visitors coming for check-in they don't have a space to keep their luggage meanwhile.

The lady at the reception was very friendly, security wise it was ok and their rooms are five ⭐ but I what I didn't understand is the chairs at the balcony is being neglected or may the area has got too much rain and wind.

The place is very nice and secure. Neat and friendly staff. Going around.town was highlight. The Toyotas charge E15 local rate per person. Flexible and nice. Unique to East Lodnon (we enjoyed it) .freedom to bring own food and drinks as its a limited food offer was also great. Microwave and plates were provided.

Suggestion. Let's have a vending machine at reception for smaller snacks..coke. ice cream and so on.

Breakfast was nice and they are quick. I would prefer that guests get an option to change their breakfast selection daily since you only get asked once when signing in.

Noisy guests. I do however understand that the people that work there have no control over this as some people travel as a group and are there to have fun. It's just not nice sitting next to a very noisy group whilst having breakfast

The breakfast was perfect, its a full English breakfast. The place was in a good location. There was an inside parking which you do not pay for it. Would recommend the place and its good for the family. The sleeping couch was comfortable for my boy.

Water bottles were not enough for the guests, only two bottles were provided. I would suggest that one must bring their extra water as the water in East London is not nice. They need to provide air freshener for the toilet.

Neat, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff especially Bongani who went out of his way to be helpful.

Pity about the dilapidated state of neighborhood. Saving grace was the proximity to Grazia, best restaurant in town!

The staff was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was always on point.

The stairs are to steep and the location really doesn't match the establishment.

The reception was amazing, we were able to checkin a bit earlier. The place is beautiful and clean I really loved it. Breakfast was also included which was a bonus. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The entrance from the garage via the kitchen is a bit awkward, and the bin smells horrible when you walk in

The greasy breakfast has no variety. What you order when you check in will be you breakfast for your entire stay. Either than that all was great
