Near family.

We tried to have dinner on the first night. Dinner options are - buffet or Al la carte. We chose Al la carte. Waited over 40 minutes and still no starter. After asking twice about our food we finally left when they said it was still being prepared. If you choose buffet I’m sure you will be fine. As a result of us choosing Al la carte we ended up with a packet of potato chips to share in the room 🤣🤣

The actual stay and rooms are up to standard. Well priced and located. No problems with the accommodation.

The evening buffet was a absolute disaster. Will not recommend. 6 Dried out chicken sosaties and 8 pieces of small steaks that looked like it was laying there for 3 weeks. 1 Bak of pap with sauce and about 3 salads. Rather make use of one of the restaurants in town.

Breakfast was excellent, high standard and reached my expectations even more.

I did not like the promotion that took place at the back yard , where the pool is. It created unnecessary crowds that went in and out of the yard. So they were no peace at the pool during the daytime.

Room was big with comfortable bed. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Jacuzzi bath had some jets not working in it. Shower has seen better days and magnetic strips on door kept falling off. No A la carte menu during our stay. Buffet was very uninspiring and breakfast was not much better, but staff were helpful again.

I liked how clean the hotel is.friendly staff.me and my husband enjoyed our stay.

We booked a room without balcony,and all rooms without balcony are non smoking. So next time we will book an apartment with balcony .I wish they can make second swimming pool .

The apartment was superb 👌 👏... big bathroom with shower, the couch bed for the kids. Extra towels for the whole family. Bar fridge for cold beverages. A beautiful simple kitchen.

Location. Very friendly staff - we stayed here in Jan and Sharleen and her team bent over backwards to help us.

Food portions are too big, makes me feel uneasy when I leave loads of food on my plate - it looks as if I didn’t enjoy it when I did

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast delicious and room service/alacatar superb 👌

No microwave, needed to warm something on my arrival day. Staying for 2 days.

The hotel was accommodating with helpful staff members. We stayed one night and enjoyed an evening by the poolside.

The room we were allocated to did not have a Wi-Fi connection and the food was subpar.

I like the view of the Hotel on the internet first . That's what attracted me first. Even the side of the swimming pool at night . The blue lights 🥰. I wish to go out but the problem it was very cold at night because of the rain.
