Staff - Friendly from reception, housekeepers & Kitchen..... Humanity was outstanding. Cleanliness - I was impressed by neatness Considerate - They consider a special request done prior to arriving. Balcony was a bonus.

Intercom at the gate - When we were coming we pressed & waited until a car which was going out for the gate to open. Blanket - a spare blanket in the room can do. Soap - 2 soaps or a soap and a shower gel if a room is booked for 2 people not 1 cause its a small soap. There's room for improvement on the breakfast.... Tomato and onion gravy or baked beans can do..... you can probably add R50 on the booking or do one between the fish fingers and chicken nuggets and substitute the other one with baked beans/tomato & onion gravy.

When we arrived, the first impression the staff had was very pleasant. The room is nice and spacious, we slept like babies. It was not noisy at all, as at first because of the truck stop next to the facilities, we thought that we will have a very restless night, which was the complete opposite.

The fact that I had to first register to watch a movie on Netflix. There were only 1 bottle of water. (2 guests)

The welcoming of receptionist is top notch , everything we requested they didn’t hesitate to give us. we liked our room with a pool view, Cleaner’s come and clean the room 👌. The breakfast was good . The place outside is very beautiful clean I can give 10/10,their caretaker was very friendly. The pool is clean. We will definitely come back we definitely enjoyed our stay ❤️.

We didn’t have a 🗑️ bin in our bedroom ☹️

Breakfast was average. But we enjoyed it. My son enjoyed the gym facilities.

We requested for ice cubes but to no avail and when we finally decided to go get them from the nearest garage"(bear in mind it was late after 8pm and we were tired from Qwaqwa proceedingto JHB), the receptionist was surprised that ice cubes haven't been sent to our room. They organized a small ice bucket which was not even full and said they ran out. 🤭🤭🤭🤣🤣🤣

I found the cleanliness a pleasure to behold, the breakfast was exceptional, and the service was friendly and professional, and the bedding was very clean, something a person doesnt often see, and even against the odds with that side of town without electricity I never needed for a moment, we had power. The bathrooms were clean and no mildew. I have to mention the staff again ,they were exceptional.

Okay firstly the booking process was super easy and fast. Finding the hotel was a walk in the park. The reception by Ms B Selepe was very warm. That lady is a gem. Treasure her. The rooms, linen and towels were spotless. Thank housekeeping for me. Your restaurant staff was amazing. They speak softly to each other I loved it.

I couldn't find anything to unlike.

The staff was very friendly , welcoming made me feel at home away from home. , really appreciated that. The hotel is not far from the restaurants about 6km away

The gym is a bit small and doesn't have a treadmill but still okay as you can still cycle

The staff was accommodating as I viewed several rooms before selecting a room with a view of the mountains. I ate dinner and breakfast and both meals were good and prepared as requested.

The air conditioner appeared to have leaked and ruined the carpet below it. The carpet in this area should be replaced.

The hotel has been revamped and it’s nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs.

The water in the shower seemed to flow back into the bathroom and had to put a towel to block water from flowing into the bathroom. I wish their rate could include breakfast

The staff from reception, cleaners,management (F&B), Restaurant staff, what an etiquette, the chef food portions are so generous and tastes so good you can tell it's cooked from the heart. We had dinner and breakfast.

Nothing at all. I wish I stayed longer. What a peaceful place.
