I liked everything about village lodge. I'm from KZN. So I appreciated the quietness in and around the place. Friendly staff. Neat room I'd booked myself into, very cozy. Lovely scenery 👌🏽 The only thing I forgot was to take pictures ! Otherwise great place, highly recommend it and also very affordable even when I asked to bring someone to share the room with me, the rates weren't bad at all ! Thank you Village Lodge for making my stay in Harrismith a great one.

Everything about their services and the room was clean, fresh clean towels and hot water, warm electric blanket and clean bed shits. Best place ever.

They don't serve breakfast at the premises and they don't have more time TV channels to watch, it's only a free eTv box set, so according to me, they really need to upgrade.

The unit was very neat and well equipped. Ample space.

The unit was unfortunately located no where near the described location given online. We had to travel in the middle of the night with very bad mobile signal to find the unit. The parking was not next to the unit either. I also forgot my pills at the unit. No one was able to assist me in the location and return of my pills.

Very comfortable, simple rooms, which were absolutely perfect or a one night stop over on the way up from Cape Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and parking was right next to our room which was very convenient for us.

Room was very satisfactory, only suggestion would be a mat/carpet in the room on the cold floors but other than that the heater did keep us warm.

The ony complaint was that the eectric plugs were in the bedroom and the mirror was in the bathroom. Not helpful for women when drying their hair. Don'tknow how to rectify that there are no little tables by the bed so everythingis is by the window

I found the reception at the lodge exceptionally efficient and quick in spite of my trip being delayed in departing. Lehana is a real gem for your company. The room was very clean and my wife was very impressed. Though you do not serve breakfast it was quick to go across the freeway to get breakfast, The gardens looked very well maintained. It also gave me peace of mind knowing that the beams are switched on at night.

The only thing that I did not like was that I had to go and get breakfast though it will not prevent me from staying here again. I will definitely return should I need accommodation in Harrismith.

It was fair and comfortable for what I needed with a smidge more than the basic essentials. Easy access right off the highway and a stones' throw from eateries and gas station. Staff were nice and friendly and professional.

The room could have used a little bin, coffee (not just tea), more than a quarter roll of toilet paper and airfreshener & body wash instead of just the empty bottles for show.

The single bedding...was expecting a double bed and only after inquiring was told that this falls into an expensive package... The television wasn't in a workable mode

Reception lady was so friendly. Rooms are super clean , beds are so comfy. Bedding & duvets super snuggly & the place is small but perfect for an overnight stay. DSTV channels & wifi & in a safe complex. Right by the highway on/offramps & Bergville Engen complex so its easy to find & convenient near eateries. Will definately stay there again. Cant blame the lodge for inconsiderate customers

There was no nice view or some afternoon sun from the Budget rooms. A group of bikers booked a whole bunch of rooms & made a terrible racket partying around a fire & revving their bikes till goodness knows what time. With a small child its a bit unpleasant. Its unfortunate that people are so inconsiderate of others that are also paying for a good nights rest when travelling.

The shower was cold when i got to the room and the shower head the water comes out very slow. In the morning the water was nice and hot.
