The suite i booked was of excellent quality and good value for money

unfortunately the small fridge that was previously in the suite has been removed and the fact that there is no mini-bar facility is rather annoying as you have to contact room service to get anything and then there is a surcharge every time for room delivery which I find fairly inconvenient

Good quality hotel and good value for money. Modern facilities, the food in the rooftop bar restaurant really did not disappoint, fair price points from starters to mains. Buffet breakfast was extensive and the fruit laid out was fresh... I booked a hair blow out at the salon that's inside the spa and was literally blown away by the expertise of the stylist. Beautiful spa, lovely refreshments by the pool area. Would def book again if I had to go to Johannesburg.

Room service took long to be delivered but the huge portion size made up for it.

I was sent a message via booking.com just before my stay with options to enhance. Maybe my error but I didn't seem to see any information about the free airport transfer bus. I sent a message about this and was told I needed to prebook using a hotel email address and was sent a map of where to meet the bus. Why not give this information out automatically - it would have been be a lot easier. Also I didn't have a fridge in my room which would have been a good addition

The hotel is quite nice and spacious. The breakfast was very good and the staff there are very friendly! The bed was comfortable. It has an outdoors area with a pool which was very inviting. It all seems relatively new and felt safe. The staff was overall very efficient and friendly.

Aircon on bedroom was quite noisy and was unable to lower the temperature more than 4 degrees... Getting the transfer from airport to hotel on arrival at night was not a good experience. When booking the transfer, we were informed someone would be waiting for us in the terminal with our names written down...that never happened. So after waiting there for a while we contacted the hotel which gave us a differerent instruction, to now meet the driver in the bus terminal instead. It took us a while to find this area and another wait for the driver who was not there. All this at night and dragging bags around. But the transfer from hotel to airport during day was easy, quick and very professional.

The room was lovely, just wish we had more time to spend in it! Airport transfer was efficient, staff were really helpful at checkin and were really fun and friendly throughout our interactions with them. We had a nice meal there and was suprised with the quality of their wine list for a raddison! We stupidly left our safe open which is something we would never normally do in any country but even with room service coming into the room everything was perfectly safe. We appreciate the honesty and integrity of the hotel. We will be back if we visit Johannesburg again

Whilst we knew the hotel was a 20 minute drive from the airport, the hotel was a little remote and in not a great area. It was however secure and we never felt unsafe in the compound. Service was a little slow at dinner but that really wasnt a huge issue.

I believe Vusi was the supervisor or manager on duty when I arrived, what an absolute champion. He went out of my way to help me, literally anything I asked was answered or done with a smile, I truly appreciate him. The room is huge and spacious/ it’s clean The assistance is swift , wether reception or restaurant The bathroom is immaculate Made a little birthday set up for my partner and I was not stopped from doing it my way

Honestly nothing

The staff here is amazing! So friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, and I love that they served something different for dinner every night. Huge selection to choose from, so especially great if you have a picky eater. Special shout out to Bongiwe! She always greeted us with a smile, asking how we were and what we were doing that day. She really engages with the customers and is very genuine.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The hotel is clean, beautiful and modern. The Avenue makes delicious breakfast with a wide variety and options. Level 7 is truly a 5 star restaurant. The food is delicious and the ambience is exquisite. The Spa treatments were soothing and relaxing.

The receptionists at the hotel kept hounding and pestering about not being able to trace my payment. I don't know how this was my problem. I had a payment confirmation. It was up to them to trace the problem and not bother me due to their sheer incompetence.

The hotel was beautiful, from the lobby to the pool to the actual rooms. The staff everywhere were super friendly and helpful. And the block out curtains made sleeping in really delightful. Good buffet breakfast too. The spa on site was the perfect relaxation cherry on top. It was a quick 15 minutes away from the airport with free transfer - perfect for travellers.

Overall nothing to complain about. If I had to nitpick, the plates at breakfast could be warmer to prevent food from cooling too quickly. And the airport pickup wasn't too smooth. But overall we were extremely happy with our stay.

Perfect airport hotel. We stayed here our first night after arriving to South Africa after a long travel, and flying onwards towards Kruger the next day. Good restaurant and nice, spacious rooms. Very nice staff. Free airport transfer. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel is not in the city center so it’s not a good place if you want to explore Johannesburg!
