The location is perfect, we were surrounded by beautiful Mountain views. The Staff is always ready to assist with out hesitation. We did almost everything, from Zipling, to Quadbiking then Hiking. We had our owe picnic on a very nice spot over looking the mountains. All thanks to the Chef and kitchen staff our meals were beautifully made. Thank you for a great experience🙏

The pressure of the water in the showers needs to be attended to.

The breakfast was very good and served in the dining room. We received a menu for dinner the night before that we could select from and it was excellent. I think we could have had a similar option for breakfast, but it was a very good breakfast.

A problem with most establishments and lodges that have multiple rooms in close proximity to each other is controlling the noise that some guests make. This was a problem at Madi a Thahva, with a group having dinner at the pool and making a terrible raucous noise. Fortunately, it was still relatively early and Khatu allowed us to change rooms and we moved to a lovely room away from the noise. As said we have had numerous unpleasant experiences with loud guests at other venues.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is superb close to waterfalls and beautiful sceneries. And the bonus is the beautiful permanent Gallery of African Traditions. The Room was very comfortable and beautiful. I liked it so much I prolonged my stay.

There is some trash (bottles) in the hiking area. Whether it is easy to get rid of, I do not know, but I think it would be a good idea to try to keep it clean.

The calmness and peace associated with the place. And everyone is friendly. An excellent breakaway for finding oneself again from the hustle and bustle of the racing city world

To us, it was all satisfying and there are nothing negative or in need of improvement. The lodge is what it is, you are either going to be overwhelmed by the nature and calmness or not. From this point of view, not much to be improved as nature and the people there is what makes the place.

everything was african and cultural and homie i enjoyed the breakfast pool the casual conversation with the staff it was fun to be there we keep on going back to the time spent there i have a feeling my partner will be suggesting we come back

the single beds made to make a double bed that was very weird

The chef was exceptional. Justice is a great cook, his food was out of this world.

The bedding sheets and towels are old and no longer soft. The room didn't have a mini closet, iron or hairdryer

The room was extremely clean , everything we needed was there even more this facility is well equipped. Extra emergency light was there in case of power cut. Kitchen was well equiped with everything .

Nothing ....i didn't like the fact that i was only there for one night it broke my heart to leave this beautiful place.

This is the best accommodation I have come across in Limpopo. Away from the city in the beautiful scenery of mountain ranges stretching for miles. There are hikes, short and longer. Zip line, quad biking, restaurant on the property and pool to cool down. Near enough to city.

The lodge was absolutely 5 star. The service was outstanding, friendly and so kind. The food was amazing and they brought it to our room due to lockdown. I would just suggest calling the property to get the right room as booking.com didn't give us the right room option for our needs with one child. We ended up booking in the limpopo house and it was just superb. Perfect for our requirements. Super comfy beds, good wifi and TV signal, AC/heater in each room.

The road to the lodge is very, very bad. It's a 3 km dirt road with bad bumps etc so drive slowly and carefully if you don't have a 4x4. But well worth it as you feel completely surrounded by nature and quiet and peaceful when you're there. Our electricity went out a few times but only briefly.
