Clean facilities and ample parking

It would have been great if the price included the cost of the breakfast

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice

On our last day there was no water and electricity and we called the reception for Plan B especially in terms of water. They said they will get back to us. We checked out without them coming back to us. We left without washing

Check in was great enjoyed the comfortable beds and wonderful showers great room service and super friendly staff.. Dinner was awesome and the buffet breakfast was amazing it really exceeded my expectations. Protea Marriot is also conveniently located be it industrial sites, malls or fueling stations great location. Will definitely be back for another stay. Staff was really exceptional

However would like to recommend an area to take photos as the Protea logo is on the top left entrance of the building and there is no logo at the lower level where the flags are situated. if a logo could be put there with lighting would be really awesome and very visible upon arrival for guests especially at night. Arrows to indicate additional parking for guests overnight and asking during upon check in, whether guest would like their vehicles' exterior washed prior to their departure or on arrival.

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Very clean, staff were very friendly, room was good with great bed and feather comforter. Facilities overall were very good and very clean. Great staff.

Shower was very small and difficult to get in and out of due to the way the door opened. Breakfast was okay but not great. Bacon was not hot or well cooked and eggs came well done after asking for soft, but they replaced them with soft after complaining. Bar closed at 10 on Friday night, too early.

Great hotel with all you that you will need for your stay in Mahikeng. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were comfortable, restaurant is available on site, close to surroundings in Mahikeng!

Breakfast was not included in our stay, we paid for the one morning, it was limited and not worth the money spent in comparison to the rest of amenities and the quality of the hotel.

The location is average. No real views to admire. But the service from the staff was excellent. Quick check-in process. Quick room service with CLEAN cutlery. Requests are met properly. The room was clean, spacious, had a big comfortable bed, and everything in the room worked (especially the aircon. Mahikeng can get blazing hot). The room décor was pleasant as well. I love the wooden floor touch in the room. The lighting is good as well.

Shower head is too small. The shower in general is too small for 2 people. The shower door was leaking water when showering.

The quietness of the place. It was easy for us to deep sleep in first night. The bed is large and comfortable.

The TV had no channels that are popular like Mzantsi Magic and Moja love. Since there is internet with quality construction, it will be best to have smart tv that can stream channels.

The location The staff were super efficient. And Kind Well spoken and properly attired. They made sure that all your needs and requirements are met.

Unfortunately the road construction around the area But once finished, the hotel will be the perfect location. And land mark

The dining was very uncomfortable. The Waitrons were not friendly and not willing to sell the choices they have. Thse serving staff needs training and the food was cold. We asked for medium to well done steak we were served rear stake
