Excellent location, just 2 minutes from park entrance.

Music at the pool on weekend is too high and keeps playing until 2AM and it's not a good behavior for a hotel where most of the people wake up earlier to leave for Kruger.

The place is wonderful, it has a lot of trees that give you a feeling like you are in another world, a peaceful world, far away from the busyness of life.

We had booked 2 rooms: I stayed in Heron and my kids at Serval. I must say that in terms of housekeeping, Serval was more looked after. The TV in Heron was breaking, I called and reported it but no one came to sort it out, the showering soaps were depleted in their dispensers but they didn't bother to fill them up to top it all there was no phone to report, I had to go to Serval to call reception. To me it felt like the room wasn't to be issued since it wasn't in order, it was only issued because I requested to be close to my kids. I was a bit reluctant to complain about things because I didn't want us to be separated and also I felt that those are obvious, expected services, why should I tell someone to refill soap?

The overall ambiance of the lodge left a lasting impression on me. The place is very peaceful and clean, creating a serene atmosphere that contributed significantly to my enjoyment. The attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed, and it added to the overall comfort of my stay. I must commend you on the maintenance of the pool, which was not only spacious but impeccably clean. It provided a refreshing and relaxing environment, and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. Additionally, I'd like to express my appreciation for the thoughtfully curated playlist at the hotel. The music was on point and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. It's these little details that make a stay memorable, and your attention to such aspects did not go unnoticed. Some lights did not wirk. Mosquito net torn and dusty.

The receptionist called Valentine was very welcoming. The breakfast was too perfect 👌 The lodge is close to Phalaborwa kruger gate Which you can enjoy a long game drive. The massage was too nice and refreshing. My partner and I really had nice anniversary break away

The food was amazing, all meals, all the time. The place is nice and quiet. The swimming pool area is beautiful and the music always on point throughout the day. The waitrons are super friendly, the admin / reception staff were also very nice to us. The place is less than 2 kilos away from the Kruger Gate, now that's a bonus.

The TV remote was not working, they changed the batteries but it still didnt work and there was no replacement for it. The toilet seat cover cannot stand on its own, it always felt like there was something on our backs everytime we sat on the toilet.

i loved the service at this place but i feel like they can offer more.. eg day beds, floating cushions on the pool etc ... i loved the place.. the foooood.... omg... i was so impressed. the people at reception, so professional and welcoming, the spa ladies, the staff is well versed when it comes to the role that they have to play. my highlight was the river cruise, Klass made the journey so wonderful for us.. he knows evrything about animals. Thank you Sefapane, i highly recommend this place and i would definaltely go there again. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy. I also enjoyed the food served at the Calabash restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, and I absolutely loved the beans and livers served at breakfast.

My husband and I went to the Calabash restaurant on our first night at Sefapane and we waited 50 minutes for our dinner. The waiters were scarce and we waited long periods between the drinks and the food. No staff members wore any masks and I was disappointed by that because we are still in the covid Era and covid is still very transmittal.

Staff very friendly and helpfull,Area well located and the breakfast was good .The beds is very comfortable and the rooms is very spacouis.

Shower in Rondawel not working well battled to set the taps for hot water or to hot or to cold.Floor of shower not really clean molding along wall.Liquid soap bottle not working can remove cap to use.Very diffucult to park vechile in allocated parking at rooms.
