The place is clean, The deluxe room is huge and nice. The breakfast is good

We asked for champagne glasses and we were told if we break we have to pay: I didn't like that, I didn't feel comfortable using them further.

The breakfast was good, however if you stay for more than 1 night then its the same breakfast everyday. Both the receptionist Nicholas and Khuthadzo were great. Nicholas went an extra mile to explain the history of the stunning artwork and the great quality furniture. We ended up going to visit the artist Bebeda and bought quite a few items. Phenomenal young man, Bebeda. The rooms were super spacious, with great furniture, walk in closet(room1) and sufficient natural lighting. The owner is a minimalist with great taste and therefore you appeciate both the art and space in your room. The lock up garage for double cab bakkies is a bonus. Please update your pictures in the website, the current photos do not do justice to this amazing place. We are definitely coming back and I'm already spreading the word of mouth. From here you can only go upward.

The shower in Room 1 does not permit fast draining and you end up having pool of dirty water. The bathtub in Room 4 does not close properly and therefore you need to constantly refill the water and we did not enjoy the bath.

The bed was uncomfortable. Could feel springs from the bed

When I first got to the area I thought that all the images we saw were fake, but upon arrival I was so impressed, lol it’s basically like finding a diamond in the rough. Surrounding areas look as if you’re in a real hotel then when you arrive at ANISA it’s as if you’ve just entered a 5 Star Guesthouse in Sandton. Was really impressed, it’s absolutely beautiful

I wouldn’t say this is something I don’t like, but the shower in our room had bad drainage, so the water overflowed and caused an inconvenience for us

The guesthouse was beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool. Friendly staff.

The shower drain in Room 5 is slow when a lot of water pressure is used and the water leaks out of the shower frame causing a lot of cleanup and causes as hazard if someone were to slip on the pool of water but when using normal water pressure, there are no leaks and the water stays in the shower, just don’t open the shower on full blast. The bathtub cannot hold water, meaning the prop somewhere somehow lets out water from the tub so you cannot take a long bath as you’ll soon end up having a dry bath with no water.

The place looks awesome, the place looked as good as it was in pictures.

The load shedding really frustrated me because when there is no electricity there is no water in the guest house due to the water pump not pumping water. It would be really nice if the guest house can invest in a solar panel especially for the water 💦 issue. Imagine not being able to take a bath 🚿 because there is no water. Since load shedding is here we might as well make some adjustments especially where business is concerned.

I always love and enjoy my stay here. Everything is always beautiful and well kept. Breakfast is always ready and waiting for you.

The last time I stayed here they had back up lights during load shedding so I decided to stay with them but there was no back up this time around and there was zero reception during load shedding. If that's not bad as it is it gets worse the aircon was dripping and flooded the room. They really need to do maintenance.

It has modern finishes in a quiet area. The facilities are clean, well kept and functional. It feels safe, tranquil and was tastefully decorated.

There’s nothing about the property I would change. I would ask for the owners to consider adding daybeds for lounging around the pool.

The carpets were slippery , suggest you get a rubber floor carpets for both bath room & bed rooms

The aesthetics of this place are just perfect, actually the pictures on booking.com are not doing it justice. The property is very neat, the reception guy was very kind, he gave us an excellent service.

The location was hard to find even via google maps, the road is not so good for small cars, should it rain it would really be uncomfortable to drive there.
