We would like to thank the whole staff, especially Mr. Liam, the friendly concierge, who was always helpful and accurate. We really loved our stay at the hotel. All the stores / restaurants were nearby and we could enjoy our stay without any troubles. The hotel is located right next to the conference center / exhibition. Large rooms with washing machines and a small kitchen. Perfect to combine business trip with you family. Triple street is in about 10 minutes drive, where you can go shopping. Songdo is the nicest area in Korea we have experienced (compared to Busan and Seoul). It´s less crowded, clean and has mostly new buildings. It is not easy to get a taxi when you are walking around, since there are not many taxis on the street. This hotel was perfect for our last stay in Korea, because there is no traffic jam on the way to the airport (30 min.). We needed a large Taxi (3 p +7 suitcases) and paid about 45€. Since we have stayed three weeks in Korea and had experienced several hotels, which were all very nice, but this hotel was the best because of the very caring staff. They even press the elevator button for you, they are always there to make your stay as convenient as possible. congrats, dear hotel manager, you have a wonderful perfect staff.

Excellent hotel in a nice location. We know the hotel, we know Songdo and it was not the first time we stayed in this hotel. The apartment's room is super well-equipped.

Strange situation that as a hotel guest with a 500$ range room-rate/night, you can't get a place at the bar if you ask for it at 7:00 PM (unless you are willing to wait till after 9:00 PM). That is when the fully equipped apartment's kitchen comes in as a rescue, but it's not the same... Parking...is shared with lots of other places, so when you arrive at 3 PM, good luck finding a spot. Lastly: the room pictures are just 'examples' and if you pick a specific room upper price range room, because of the configuration that is depicted, don't be surprised if you get a room that looks rather differently.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic, offering both comfort and style. The food options were not only delicious but also had an extensive range of choices to cater to every palate. The concierge team extended a warm and welcoming reception, and the staff service throughout my stay was impeccable. The dedicated room service made me feel truly pampered. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel with five stars for providing a perfect blend of comfort, cuisine, and outstanding service.

We didn't take breakfast since we could just make it with the facilities in the room, and Lotte Mart is just a jump, skip, and a hop away. You can get there via basement as well which is awesome during this winter.

Small things like drawers and trash bins are getting old and not functioning well. Some electronics like the microwave nob to adjust the timer was not properly functioning that we could set the timer accurately. The sink tap was leaky and the shower door seal was leaking water into toilet area so the foot towel always not soaked. Its winter (-10*C or lower outside) and the room heating wasn't strong enough (for us coming from southeast Asia) that we needed a portable heater and extra blankets which they do have and provide upon request. But like I said small things otherwise full score.

Best hotel I have stayed at in Asia! the apartments are HUGE and so clean and beautiful. Stunning views as well. And most of all; the front desk staff was absolutely sublime and so incredibly kind. They helped me so well, making appointments, ordering delicious food for me which fitted my dietary restrictions and giving me recommendations. They really went above and beyond. Their English was really good as well! I hope I get to come back one day.

Nothing - it was perfect

Great hotel, spacious room with all amenities, complete kitchen and bathroom. The hotel starts at floor 36, my room had great views of the ocean. There's a convenience store next to the hotel in case you need to buy something, and the metro station is also close to move around Incheon, or even go to Seoul if you prefer. The staff was very nice and always taking care of every detail. I had a short stay, but I enjoyed every minute of it

We were absolutely amazed and flashed by the mere size of this hotel and room. The building was visible throughout our whole trip, wherever in incheon we were walking, which is super cool. The room is incredibly spacious with a beautiful view of the city, seaside as well as lots of parks (we were on the 54th floor). The staff was really friendly and could not be more helpful. We received lots of tips, maps and guides as well as the calling for taxis, which they always offered to do.

The location seemed to be more of a stopover to wait for your departing flight rather than it being really an attraction to spend multiple days there. The area were the hotel is located does have a beautiful park and overall nice surroundings however you will really only find restaurants in this area and nothing more. If you want to experience something else, we suggest Triple Street, however it's also only a program for one or two days max.

Restaurants are overpriced for a business trip. When i arrive sunday evening, the restaurant was closed. They suggest me to eat on Sky bar which main dish costs about 80-90 €. Daily breakfast costs more than 25€. The food was good but nothing to worth this.

Fantastic location and views. Apartment exceeded expectations and the bed was super comfortable. I highly recommend anyone thinking of booking here to go ahead. We were super impressed

Nothing not too like. Everything is done for your stay to be as comfortable as possible.

The room has complete facilities just like own home. There's even washing machine so i dont have to send my clothes for laundry service. The location is close to restaurants, just opposite central park, near hyundai premium outlet for shopping, and subway station. The hotel is clean, room is clean. Staffs are friendly.
