We stayed here for 2 days as a stop over in South Korea before flying on. Altogether it turned out to be a great place to recover from the long distance flight, not least because of the beautiful swimming pool. Such a relief after many hours in a plane! As to the location, the hotel is a good compromise if you want to remain rather close to the airport but still be in an area where you can walk around and find a nice place in the evening for dinner. I loved the view from the huge windows onto the lake. We would come back for sure.

Great location. Near Songdo convention center and MRT, as well airport bus stop. Near Lotte shopping place. Has indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

I've been staying at the Orakai for 10 years and it's always dependable, clean and a great place to stay.

The breakfast food is good. I'm from the US where we have plentiful coffee. The coffee machine is nice but it would be great if there can be larger quantities of coffee. I also had issues with my TV. It only turned on half the time. Also, there was only 1 English channel from Australia. I love watching the local Korean channels but it would be great if it had CNN or CNN International.

The hotel was closer to my meeting place. the facilities exceeded my expectation. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is a perfect place for business travel i would strongly recommend it.

I like the location of the hotel and the facilties.Some restaurants and E- mart inside the hotel building is really convenient.

I would recommend the check in and check out time of the hotel be 12 p.m for the convenience of the customers.Having to check in and check out at 11 a.m is an odd timing.

The bed was so comfortable, and the overall room facilities were fantastic. I requested a room with a bathtub and it was perfect for bubble baths. The cabinets were also fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, and the room service was quick.

I couldn't believe how expensive it was to use their facilities. The room rate was quite expensive, so I would have expected the Swimming Pool and Sauna to be part of the service charge... not only do you have to pay extra, but you can only use them for alotted time slots! If you want to swim in the morning/afternoon/evening, you must pay 30,000 for each time slot... and it's not a fixed rate, they charge you daily! After my week-long stay, I ended up paying nearly 200,000 just for using their facilities. It was very disappointing considering how much I spent on the room.
