We loved the Korean-style breakfast that was served every morning it was such a treat and really a great way to start the day. The beds were so comfy after leaving I wish I knew where they got their comforters because I want one at home. The room was clean and the location turned out to be great. We had never been to Korea before so when selecting we did not know what to expect about anything including the location. We used the laundry facilities while there and one of the dryers did not seem to be working correctly. We had never traveled out of the country before so it took a minute to figure out the water in the shower but loved the shower in the ceiling and the warm toilet seats and bidet

The booking listing stated that the staff spoke English and while they did a little and we were able to communicate our needs, I felt they were uncomfortable dealing with us. While they were not unfriendly by any means, they did seem to avoid eye contact with us unless we went up to the desk for a specific issue. Hopefully, you will understand this..when staying someplace for 9 days, its nice to be greeted friendly after a couple of days because you have been there long enough for the staff to be a little more familiar with you not being a complete stranger especially when you are in a foreign country for the first time.

The front desk staff is fluent in English. The breakfast was satisfying and there were great choices and variety, the only thing you were not allowed to take out. I see it as a delicious, huge, satisfying, and hearty meal for the day. I was very impressed by the staff's hospitality and friendliness. I was in awe of how the breakfast was very delicious each morning. The room staff supplied water daily and clean linens, ensuring you had a clean room. The staff went beyond to ensure visitors had a rewarding experience. The staff was very caring and courteous, from the front desk to every staff at the hotel, they treated everyone with care, I would use this hotel again for my second trip. This clean hotel supplies guests with nightgowns, tea, coffee, and bathroom essentials daily. This hotel exceeded my expectations comparing other hotels I had visited. There were many places to eat or dine very close, plus there is a shopping Mall very close, which is called the Bupyeong Mall, and transportation is very close, like 3 to 5 mins or even less. The location of the hotel exceeds my desires. There is even a Police Station or Precinct on the same block. The only thing I had to take the train to my conferences but nevertheless. I received assistance and directions when I needed to ask a question. Overall, my trip was awesome and by asking questions, there was always someone around that could communicate in English, especially the younger generations.

Very clean. Though the room was small, the layout, design, and the big window with a great view made it feel sufficiently spacious. Because of the low price at such a great location (right next to the Bupyeong metro station with the Lotte mall and a good food court), I was worried that it would be a run-down place. Not at all. It is a 25+ story hotel with hundreds of rooms and all clean. The hotel totally blew me away. No frills, but everything that you would get at much more expensive 3 or 4 star hotels. I asked for an iron to press clothes and they gave me one. Parking is in the same building. It is a mechanical lift with an operator. You MUST contact the hotel and call the number they give to the operator to reserve it beforehand. You need to drive to the right and come around a long block to the left side of the building to get to the parking entry. Very cheap at just 5000 Won per day. Very good breakfast of the Korean kind. There were bread, buns, juice/coffee etc also, but I tried the Korean breakfast for a change - and actually liked it! Some rice and good protein items like fish cakes, bulgogi beef etc, plus eggs, some greens, salads and good soup. I had some of it with some bread and really enjoyed it. The items changed from day to day too. I could not believe that such good breakfast was included in that low price. The local police bureau is right next to the hotel, so it is certainly a safe place. I am sure to look for Toyoko Inns wherever I can find them, in the future!

Not the hotel's fault but I wish the city would keep the nice plaza in front a bit cleaner. No trash bins around, so too many smokers throw cigarette butts all around.

Even it's so close to subway but I'm not recommend you to stay here if you want to go airport since you have to transfer the train and you have to walk a long way since the station is so big and crowded if you have big luggage It's a big problem. You have to take the elevator which is inside the mall next to the hotel and the elevator closes at 11pm and opens at 10am(?) so think carefully but if you want to travel in Incheon this hotel's location is perfect.

Location was superb, just outside bupyeong station (there's elevator, so great for those who have big luggages), big underground mall and bupyeong mall and lotte mart right at your doorstep, great korean style breakfast, water cooler, tea n coffee packs, pyjamas, washing machines n dryers, english speaking n helpful n nice staffs Rooms are on the small side but adequate n very clean with comfortable beds, air conditioner n heater, great bathroom with bidet n bathtub I really recommend toyoko inn bupyeong if you are planning to spend time in incheon

Breakfast was good - local spread. Great location, 2 mins from the metro and heart of the shopping / pubs area. Great staff, clean rooms & bathroom, with cleanlinen. comfortable stay. Worth it. I'll come back again to this hotel.

Although breakfast was good, however, I wish they could stop cooking food at the end-time, but should let the customers eat from the buffet until the food is over. There are lot of left over un-touched food at the buffet which is taken away at the closure, however, I hope they do not throw the food, rather let people eat who arrive later. Milk should be provided for the coffee at the breakfast.

Very reasonable prices for Seoul. The rooms were small but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Tea, coffee, slippers and even nightgowns were provided. We really enjoyed the varied Korean breakfast with rice, tofu, soups ,fruit etc. There was also toast and jam. Very helpful and polite staff. We were able to leave our luggage there after check out for the entire day as we had a late flight out. There were computers and printers for guests. Lots of restaurants and shopping (underground mall) right next to the hotel. Very convenient to come from Incheon and head to the city as the metro station was right next to the hotel.

The rooms were not soundproof so one could hear people passing byin the corridors. It's a long ride into Seoul centre .

The hotel is very close to Bupyeong station, a mall, and some fast food restaurants like McDonald's. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was also included.

It's not very close to the airport. It took us over an hr to get to Bupyeong station using public transport, and the station was hard to navigate once we arrived. It was just difficult to find which exit was closest to the hotel. For our return trip, it also took 1 hr from the hotel to the airport despite us taking a taxi early morning without traffic. In the room, there was no outlet to charge appliances near the bed, and overall there were not many outlets in the room.

Good location just a short distance from Bupyeong Subway Station. Though the room is smalll but it's very clean. Breakfast was good. Coin washing machine and dryer are available in this hotel.

Check in and check out time. It will be good if check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm.
