Perfectly located in a charming, quite, small alley next to the main street. You can easily reach all attractions, cafĂ©s and restaurants on foot. The accommodation is in a very good condition and the traditional Korean floor heating âOndolâ was just perfect during the cold wave. The owner was very considerate and preheated our room. The small breakfast is prepared with love and we enjoyed the black sesame soup. We liked our room which had a view on a small backyard.
The bathroom is quite small which was okay for two nights. For longer stays a bigger wardrobe would be nice for hanging the clothes.

The location is very good. The decoration is really nice. It's very quite place so you can have a quality sleeping.
Well, the toilet place for a single person was too small but it OK if you are there for couple of days. The breakfast is toast with a bit of strawberry jam, slides of fruits and that's it. No coffee or anything which it's ok, but if it's mentioned Breakfast included at least you expect to have more "variety". The sound of air conditioning is a bit annoying but you manage to get some sleep with hear plugs

We spent a night here to visit Jeonju. Amazing position, since it is right in the middle of the Hanok village! The host was extremely kind and helpful, the place was very well managed and beautiful. Sleeping in an Hanok stay itâs an experience everyone travelling Korea to discover its hidden soul should have, and this place itâs really recommended!
Everything was on point, of course when travelling in Korea you should be prepared for small bathroom with a shower that has no glass or curtains. But thats just how they do it.

It was really nice to have the opportunity to stay in the traditional korean house. You have to consider that it is not a standard hotel, so for those who look for standard appointments itâs not the right choice. But for us it was great, since it was really something we looked for. The room is small but very cozy and well equipped. And futons were big enough. It was nice to have also the additional space on upper level. There is also a traditional korean breakfast served by the owner every morning.
We have stayed there for three nights and having every day same type of breakfast was not good point for us. I understand that it was a traditional korean food but it would be good to have possibility to drink coffee at the breakfast as well. But we managed going to the cafeteria near by. Also we still were fighting with the time difference and wanted to sleep longer, but were awakened by the owner at 9:00 for the breakfast every day.

Love it. Friendly and helpful host. If you want to experience hanok style accommodations, can't go wrong with this. The location is also great slightly away from the busy main intersection of the village. Very clean and we'll insulated for the cold.
You may have to walk (taxi) from the main street to the Hanok as it sits in a small alley. Might be an issue during rainy weather. Also there is no water boiler in the room for tea or coffee. You may ask the host for some though. No coffee for breakfast but there is a vending machine on the main street.

The place was nice and clean, right in the center of the hanok village but away from the noise so it was quite peaceful. The owner was very friendly, breakfast very simple but filling.
If you are driving there, ask the owner for the parking details in advance and allow for plenty of time if you are arriving on a weekend/during peak period. We came on Saturday and had a hard time finding parking, it was quite busy everywhere. The parking lots suggested by the owner were full so we had to wait in line. During the week days parking was empty, so no problem. Walk from parking is about 5-7 minutes

Great location in the Hanok village! Our host was great - he upgraded us to a nicer room and gave us recommendations for the area. Very clean and quiet.
Mattresses were definitely thin, so if you don't like that, it might be hard to sleep. I'm a fan of sleeping on hard surfaces so it made my back feel great! My partner felt like it was too hard.

Loved how conveniently close it was to everything in the hanok village đ our host was very nice and explained the instructions to us well! Breakfast was simple and filling
I wish there was a small separate mirror besides the one in the bathroom. That's my only grievance, everything else was good!!

Loved the breakfast service in our room. Staying in a hanok guesthouse was a great and cosy experience. Terrific location and close to walk up the hill to get an overview of Jeonju. The staff were super friendly and kind especially when we wanted to get more information on hiking in Jirisan National Park. He went above and beyond.
Futon could've been a bit thicker to make it a bit more comfortable, but didn't help we did a massive hike in Seoraksan the day before - we were in need of soft bedding. Mosquitoes found their way in to our room which were a bit of a nuisance.

Very friendly guest : asked arrival time and waited for me outside (it was quite late in the evening already). Short explanation on how to use the traditional bed. Fun experience, but be aware that this is traditionnal housing it not as confortable as an hotel room.
The walls are thin and some of the other guests were quite loud...
