The location was extremely convenient. Within 500m there was a group of local restaurants to find food easily. There is also CU and hotel has fried chicken delivery making it very easy for guests to find food. There was tea prepared for guests when we arrived. The room was decent, hot water was available. Pls remember to prepare a swim suit or light clothing if you booked the Onsen, this is unlike Japanese Onsen where you will still need to be clothed even when soaking in the tub in your room. As we had the corner room, the scenery on the left was facing Jirisan, the bottom was a row of cherry trees and in the front there was the stream. The scenery was gorgeous. There is also a souvenir shop at the lobby and another one beside CU. The lady boss of the souvenir shop beside CU was very sweet and friendly. She did not know much English but she tried her best to find out what we were looking for even though we were just browsing in the store. I would definitely return to this hotel in a heartbeat!

More staff speaking in English will be helpful! Communication is still possible with Google translate.

kitchen had no kettle to heat water. the rooms and furniture are not the newest, considered the price of the room.

For hiking in the mountains it was perfect

The Hotel is a little bit remote and there are no other restaurants open nearby for dinner, one day it was not even possible to get dinner at the hotel, it was closed because a small group of other guest it was possible to get a Pizza instead

Lobby was spacious and clean. Hotel was slightly difficult to reach without a car but well located with regards to nearby attractions. Staff were attentive and well mannered. Package to include a quite reasonable buffet breakfast and hot drinks coupons for the cafe was worth it.

Room and bedding weren't clean. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Downstairs cafe closed at 4:30. Passage to the room resembled a prison and you could hear other guests (kids) nearby. Shower screen wasn't set up too well so the whole floor became wet. New towels were hung on the door handle so no actual room maintenance done.

The bed is too hard and uncomfortable. No amenities provided at all. Complimentary water not provided. The facility itself is very old.
