The hotel staff is amazing!! They helped me with many things from ordering take out to booking a sea cruise.
I liked everything but my bed was a little hard. Maybe some people like a hard mattress so otherwise it’s great!!

The lobby was very nice.
The hallway was poorly lit. The room number began flashing after we unlocked the door and didn’t stop when we left. The room was shabby. The sheets on one bed had tears. The other bed had grit on the sheets. The floor wasn’t clean, nor was the slippers provided. We didn’t feel safe in the hotel or that area so we checked out an hour later. The hotel is not responding to my request for a refund of any kind.

Location was good. But the futon on the floor was WAY to thin so it was like lying directly on the floor. I could not sleep for the two nights. The staff hardly said good morning in the reception and was not willing to help with ferryschedule etc. so I had to walk to the touristinfo to get help.
