The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location in Seogwipo, with bars, restaurants, and local tourist spots nearby. However, other attractions on the island are farther away. I can't comment on public transportation as I rented a car, which I found essential. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom featuring a tech-equipped toilet, a good shower, and quality amenities.

The hotel parking is limited and has tight spaces, with most guests not respecting the parking lines, making it even harder to park. The rooftop has a nice view, but it seemed a bit neglected, and you have to pay extra to use the hot tubs.

The Seogwipo Hotel is well located on Jeju Island with easy walking access to everything in town like the Marina, downtown market, and restaurants. The hotel is clean, safe, and the morning breakfast is superb with enough Western food to leave you satisfied. The internet was excellent and we were able to use our Netflix account on the 'TV for English entertainment. Taxi's are always readily available and they take credit cards. The front desk staff couldn't be more helpful but English was a problem which should not be for a 4-star hotel, but it was. Not for all but some of the front desk staff couldn't speak English at all which made it difficult.

Although the hotel is a short walk to the water, there is no beach and the closest beach we found is on the other side of the island 40 minutes away. There is a charge to use the Jacuzzi's on the roof and they are not hot, terrible. The rooms were clean and comfortable but provided no furniture other than the beds to sit on, store or hang your clothes, put your luggage on, only had 4 hangers in the closet, and there wasn't even a chair to sit on for the balcony which had a beautiful view of the ocean. The worst was having to lie flat on the floor to use the safe as it was mounted on the floor of the closet.

I liked the view and the fact that hotel had a microwave. Staff very helpful. Conveniently located in terms of restaurants and public transportation. No convenience store at the hotel but there is one short walk away.

while it was great to have a microwave available, it was not convenient to go down to the lobby every time we wanted to use it. It would be nice to have a microwave in each floor. Only two elevators for such a building are not enough. The elevators also had pretty slow reaction time compared to some other hotels. Breakfast was just ok.

The location and the view were absolutely ideal. There was a festival during our stay and we got to watch the fireworks from our balcony The hotel was very comfortable the room and bathroom were lovely and clean. Staff were super friendly and really helpful. There was always fresh water placed in our room which was a lovely touch.

We couldn't watch netflixs due to someone else being logged in and we couldn't log out of it. The bed covers were not great and made alot of noise when you moved. There is also a limited number of car parking spots and we had to return from our day trips early to make sure we got a spot

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the coastline, although it rained most days. Nice bathroom and shower. The location was close to the market which had great food stalls.

The hotel is not well maintained, the carpets in the hallways are badly stained and the room cleaning was not very thorough. Through no fault of the hotel, after we had paid up front, 3 months in advance, for a car rental for the week so we could drive around the island, we were let down by Booking.com and did not get our car. Poor communication about the strict rule needed to have an international license, which I don't have. So our trip was spoiled and we were stuck in and around the hotel most days. Booking.com refuse to refund our car rental payment, even though we never took possession of a car. Lesson learned...do not book a car through Booking.com!

Great location, with beach, convenient stores, a lot restaurants around. It was my first time visit Jeju and I don’t speak any Korean, I could manage many things in the hotel and within walking distances. Just by walking, I visited 2 waterfall places, one art museum, visited the market, had 2 times Korean bbq. Discovered an awesome coffee shop.. On hotel rooftop you can enjoy the best view, sunrise, sunset with the coast views. Btw, the facilities in the room are good too. High quality bedsheet, auto toilet, and the hairdryer. Highly recommended! I will go back one day :)

Rooms are clean and airy, get one on oceanside. The other side is too dark view of church and school. I moved to oceanside see pic . Walking to dining and water and market. They shut off the AC in hotel in October so had to ask for fan. Weather was still warm. Staff at desk, housekeeping and engineering all lovely and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was underwhelming, both gas burners to make eggs not working, the ladies were not helpful so was a poor experience. Not worth the $ better to head to the market go to booth 176. Egg Toast delicious!

Location was good, there are many things within walking distance. We rented a car so most things were within decent reach as well. Staff was very friendly and could manage English so it was not a problem. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel corridor can be stuffy at times, but maybe because it was summer season. Parking is tricky as it is quite narrow but can be done with ease and caution. Did not have iron available for clothes.

The rooms are spacious, with a good view, they feel new and clean. Very comfortable! Also the bathroom has everything you need and it's very spacious too. The hotel has a terrace and the views are breathtaking, I wish the hotel used/promoted this area more during the summer, you'd love to hang out there (but there's nothing aside the jacuzzis) which people don't use much. The staff was very kind and insisted that we had fresh water and clean towels everyday. If you don't want them that's ok too. Seogwipo is an excellent area to visit in Jeju and this hotel is very well placed in relation to everything that there's to see! a very nice place! highly recommend it.

There's some noise because the doors close very strongly and sometimes you can't control this. So you can get some noise outside of your bedroom and it can be bothering. The fact that we had to leave Jeju :'-)

My family and I stayed at the Royal Suite with the spa bath at the balcony and we absolutely loved it!! It was sooo spacious for 4 people. The room was very clean and had an amazing view of Jeju!! Hotel was close to many many good restaurants. It was walking distance to Seogwipo Markets and Jeongbang Waterfalls (both 12mins). You could also walk to Cheonjiyeon about 20-25mins walk. They also gave us a cute snack bag! We had the buffet breakfast which was soo yummy and so cheap if staying at the hotel. Staff were so friendly and helped us book a jumbo taxi to the airport. I will definitely stay here again!
