Hotel includes everything you actually need. There are: 7-11 open up to late evening, 2 arcade rooms, swimming pool (but it’s in the middle of the hotel and around you have just hotel walls, no better view), massage chair, photo booth, vending machines, smoking area, 24/7 reception, big car park and car charging station. Rooms look the same as on pictures.

Our room was quite far from the elevator (there are 3 elevators, but all in the same place). For me as a smoker it required a lot of walking from the room to smoking area located outside as the hotel is quite big.

The view was gorgeous! And the staff were very nice even when they couldn’t understand me hahahha

The view is nice but if you don’t have a car the location sucks. It’s pretty far from the bus stop and when I went it was monsoon so I was SOAKED! Also there’s not much to do around the hotel so you’ll have to travel!

Close to sunrise peak, had a convenience store on the bottom floor. One of the staff spoke good enough English to check us in and answer any questions we had.

Address confusing, it directs you to the Cordelia Resort about 500m away. The man at the reception barely spoke any English. Luckily we had a common language of Mandarin so he was able to direct us to the right hotel. Might be an issue for other guests seeking Cordelia S Hotel who can only speak English.

Breakfast was good! Jean (지인) from the breakfast staff was AMAZING! Her English was great and she was so friendly. We loved talking to her :) Please give her a promotion!! 지인, 감사합니다! The beds were very comfortable.

The front desk employee who checked us in wasn't super friendly. We asked her how to get to the airport with the express bus, she didn't know (that's okay), but she didn't help us find the answer. We couldn't connect to our room's wifi the entire trip.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and confortable, the hotel has a 7/11 which is really convenient. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby and some massage chairs which was very welcome after a day of walking around!

The heater was on in the room when we came in so it was really hot but the AC cooled it down fast.

Good location and good value for the facilities. The sunrise view room offer a great view of the Seongsan Ilchulbong and the awesome sunrise.

The towels are only small towels, there is no bath towels available. Seems to be a norm in Jeju. Just be aware, if you want bath towel bring your own. See photo for the size of the towel, it is smaller than a backpack.

This hotel was recommended to me. I stayed only 1 night, so couldn’t really enjoy the pools, however, I was able to use a massage chair for only 2000won in the lobby. A convenience store is right in the lobby. Great location if having a car, not so nice if going by bus (I had to use taxi a few times and it had to be called by staff because Kakao T didn’t work there).

I love the convenience of coin laundry at the lobby. Also, the room was bright with enough seats for 3 people.

I wish the bathroom can be separated into wet and dry area.

Super good location, amazing view of seongsan peak, spacious and comfortable room and beds (felt like i was sleeping on clouds), ample parking spaces

The facility meet my expectation

My room was facing the swimming pool side. There was quite a number of pigeons staying around the air con compressor which resulted that area very dirty.
