I booked a standard double room with one big bed. The room was generally as advertised with a big bed (though with very little space to move around in the room itself) and had a small entrance to leave shoes, umbrellas, etc. in with slippers provided. Looking at the pictures provided for the specific room type I would say that only pictures 1-3 are in line with the room I stayed in assuming there are different layouts for the same type of room. The bathroom was spacious with proper space provided for the shower and not just a shower head above/beside the toilet but there was no separation from the toilet by a glass panel. The water pressure was good and the water temperature was easily adjustable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a sponge for scrubbing are provided as well as separate slippers for the bathroom, towels, robes/ pajamas (I wouldn't know since I didn't actually open the plastic package to use them) and a mini fridge with free drinks and free water were all included. The bed was clean. The staff at the desk were polite and easy to work with since we only interacted for check-in + simply handing over the room card for check-out and the accommodation was right at a main road so no shady alleys to walk through. There are at least two bus stops in near proximity so it's easy to travel to. There was no issue with humidity or bad air circulation since the AC in the room and the ventilation in the bathroom worked well.

The first night there was a very strong cigarette smell in the corridor (luckily not in the room), which was later lessened since someone opened the door to the stairs which helped with air circulation. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next door walking, showering, talking, even adjusting items in their room. It seems to me that the window in the room can't be opened but you can certainly hear everything going on outside without needing to. It kind of felt like sleeping outside with all the noise of cars passing by entering the room. I did not have an issue falling asleep but it might be an issue for those that prefer quiet environments. The space to walk between bed and wall to the bathroom is slightly obstructed by the TV hanging on the wall so that you have to almost tilt your upper body to the side to pass by. Regarding cleanliness : all the important things such as bathroom, toilet, bed, desk, fridge, etc. were clean but a thin layer of dust has accumulated on the walls and there was a hair on one of the otherwise clean towels provided. I didn't mind these things as the room was within my budget and better than I expected. Last but not least, lighting. The room is generally on the dark/gloomy side but with enough options of artificial light provided. I do have to add that I didn't lift the blind in front of the window since I preferred it that way, so the room might actually be a touch brighter than I experienced.

Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms fairly clean. Location was helpful for journey NE of Seoul the next morning.

Rooms were generally rather worn, they needed refurbishment, shutter on window was broken, sink faucet a bit wobbly, unclear to get correct light on in bathroom. We went down a small side road to find the car park, but it was on the main road sidewalk.

The room was different from what was shown in the app. They communicated as if it was an upgrade but it was just another single bed added which we didn’t need. The room should’ve had a bath tub but didn’t and another unnecessary single bed. If they want to continue using booking.com as a platform to sell their rooms, they should take it more seriously to provide the service that was promised.
