I got the Corner Twin Room, which was spacious compared to the rest of the rooms at Sotetsu. It was right on Myeongdong Walking Street and was quite. The room layout, as a corner room made it feel more spacious by the way. There were some places to hide luggage and the corner windows also helped with the spaciousness. They really designed the rooms in a smart way to help increase the space.

More hangers would have been great - also the control pad for the room lights was very sensitive to control. But this is a small complaint. All was really good.

The hotel was in a spectacular location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

The tub/shower was very very high and difficult to step into. The knobs to operate the shower were difficult and resulted in a few times getting hit with extremely hot water. The breakfast vouchers were for off property. That was a pain.

Customer service Well we don't have enough words to describe amazing service, amazing staff starting with the hotel manager who gives personal service to customers The manager comes out of the room taking care of the customers and asks if he can be of help And that is definitely unusual The cleaning staff is amazing. The hotel rooms and common areas are sparkling clean Each day a selection of face and body creams were provided, a toothbrush and even a bath sponge 3. The breakfasts Well, the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is an arrangement if a selection of high-quality and restaurants and cafes are located a few minutes from the hotel You receive a coupon that can be used at any time of the day And that is a big advantage We stayed 8 nights and checked all the places and below are our impressions patisserie with a selection of the highest quality French pastries. a special Koran toast restaurant and it is very special and it was nice to taste it And of course the Koran restaurants which turned out to be a real treasure We chose to eat our dinners here Indeed, it turns out that it was an excellent choice, the food is excellent, fresh and special Finally, five times out of eight days we chose the Koran restaurants And in conclusion we are so happy that we chose this hotel And we really found our home in the city of Seoul We will return to the hotel again and we will gladly do so Thank you very much to the hotel staff for a pleasant, comfortable stay and an unforgettable time There is a very high level

The location is great, just few minutes walking distance from the bus stops and metro line. It is exaclty on one of the busiest pedestrian streets where every night there is food market. Most of the main attractions (N tower, palaces) are on walking distance and there are plenty of shops nearby. In the hotel there is money exchange machine with options exchange or withdrawal. Also coffe machine and city maps, weight scale, laundry room, etc. The room and the bathroom were very clean - the towers are changed daily and during our stay (4 days only) the clenaing ladies even hoovered the room. All the staff is very friendy and helpful.

I expected the room bigger. On the opposite, the bathroom was huge and very comfortable and clean. The frige is tiny (only space for few bottles of water). Sometimes there was noise and smell from the street food market but on the other hand there was very convenient AC so if the window is closed there is no problem.

The location was great. It’s in the heart of Myeongdong and even if you don’t want to walk to various areas, the subway is close by. Every day, our bed was made. We liked that. The beds were comfortable enough. And really liked the dryer and washer. There’s only one of each but both are the ones like you may have at home, so they dry and wash amazing. Large LG washer and dryer. When I did my laundry, there was no one there.

The sizes of the room can be a bit too small. You cannot open two large checked bags. Only one. It can def be tight for others. My partner and I are small and fit fine.

The hotel is located in the heart of bustling Myeongdong, right on the main street, yet it is quite and peaceful inside. Staff was exceptionally friendly, kind, and patient. We had a lot of requests from checking information about sightseeings in other cities to searching restaurants and making a booking for us, and the staff was super quick and helpful. The lobby of the hotel is very comfortable for both whether you need to work or study or just chill sitting on a comfortable sofas and having a wonderful city view. I have traveled to Seoul at least 3 times a year since 2013, and I would say this hotel is one of the best options with reasonable prices, great staff, and a super clean and relaxing environment.

- Most importantly, I'd like to note that the WiFi works VERY well. I was nervous due to previous reviews. But the property has improved it since then. There is a dedicated network for every single room (e.g., "Room 403"). - Free espresso in lobby - The most friendly staff I encountered in South Korea - Room AC works well - American power outlets - Room bigger than expected - Lots of counter space for toiletries - Elevators are faster than average - INCREDIBLE pillows - They have single packets of detergent you can buy, and can pay by card. And English laundry instructions. Pretty expensive at like $8 total to do laundry including purchasing detergent. The dryer actually dries completely! Unlike at some hotels. - Light dimmers in the rooms - Air purifier which is good for white noise at night

- The main lobby was really hot - TV automatically turns on every time you enter the room - Walls pretty thin. Can hear noises from other rooms easily.

The location of the hotel is superb. Everything is right at your doorstep. Felt very safe and close to shops, nighttime markets and subway stations. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast vouchers were very handy, and you didn't have to use them for breakfast, some places you could use anytime of the day. Loved the ice machine and coffee machine in reception and there was even a coin operated machine as well.

Room was a little small. Ok for one person however if there are two or more people would strongly recommend you upgrade room to a larger one. Room had everything you would need.
