Hotel: clean and tidy. with mountain or sea views. There is an entrance to a convenience store inside the hotel. So if you want to save money on restaurants or cafes, you can buy ramen, salads, sausages, fruit in jelly, etc. And cook in your room. Room: Clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. There is a kettle and tea/coffee. The water in the room was renewed every day. A nightgown in the form of pants / shorts and sweaters was also provided. Bed, pillow and blanket comfortable, soft, pleasant to sleep. Breakfasts and lunches are available at an additional cost. Breakfast is quite varied and fresh vegetables, herbs, salads, etc. There is coffee/tea. The hotel lobby has large massage chairs for an additional charge. The staff is polite and friendly. If you have questions, then everyone is willing to help. Toothbrushes and paste are not included in the room rate. In the lobby there is an apparatus where you can buy such a kit for brushing your teeth

Most staff at the reception did not speak much English, but they all made an effort to be helpful. The family room we booked (with two beds and lake view) was comfortable. There was no noise at night, neither from the street, nor from the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of dishes. The hotel is very close to a main shopping street and the fish market. There are many small eateries nearby, but we had a hard time finding one for dinner that seemed acceptable to us. We appreciated the free parking in the underground car park.

A second luggage rack would be nice, especially because there is ample space for one in front of the TV.

The hotel is in the middle of the center of Sokcho. When you're a little high up in the hotel you get excellent views during the day and night. There's also a rooftop viewing area for the top view of Sokcho. The hotel also offers free parking in the basement of the hotel. The rooms are clean an relatively spacious. The breakfast is elaborate. If you're a big eater then it's worth the price. If you're not then consider the convenience store that has an entrance to the hotel lobby.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location is great. It's near the central market and there're various types of restaurants around. The view was also great. I think it's a good place to relax. The staff were helpful. The wifi in my room didn't work and they sent some people to fix it right after I informed them.

I'm not sure if the room size will be all right if there're more than one person. I stayed alone and I didn't have a big suitcase, so I found it comfortable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and definitively gives a good return for the money. The hotel is nice and well maintained. Not everyone in the reception speaks English but still everyone made an effort to understand our needs. The underground parking is very convenient and the hotel location is excellent close to the Sokcho market. The breakfast is very good.

The only issue is that they have only feathers pillows. Since suffer from an allergy they offered us as a solution a number of towels to replace the pillows. Would be nice if they can hold a number of synthetic pillows as other hotels do.

I had the standard twin room. Did not have breakfast in the hotel. The location was smack in the middle town although probably not near any bus terminal (or I couldn't see any) since we came by car. I love the view of my hotel room because it had both the city view plus partial of the lake or sea view (i think it was a lake). The bed was great and the pillows had oomph! (it was definitely not flat!). I had a very sound sleep or maybe it was the soju that did the trick! Very up to-date amenities like charging sockets etc in the room.

Nothing very much except room a bit tiny. Didn't have much space to walk around after laying out 2 luggage on the floor.

We have really liked the staff and the breakfast of the Sea Cruise. The Hotel is very nice too, located near the ocean and in the city centre of Sokcho. From nearby bus stations you can easily pick a bus to Seoraksan National Park, it is worth the visit (and walk :)). Also you can reach Naksansa Temple via taxi (faster than bus). The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful, we thank them a lot. And also the breakfast was surprising, so big and full of anything you may wish.

We enjoyed everything.

The location is very good, very close to the sea and the market and the transport around the hotel is very convenient. The view from the balcony is really impressive!

On checkin day, the male staff at the front desk was not very professional as he spoke F word in Korean and I happened to understand that. No matter what he was complaining about, it was very offensive to me and my friend.

The breakfast was good in terms of the variety and quality. The view was perfect facing the lake and some scenic points.

It is a pity there was no bathtub in the room and the air conditioning was very weak, making the room very stuffy. We asked the front desk. The guy said it was like that because of the discrepancy of the temperature. Not quite convincing but he was so nice to offer us a fan.

Very good breakfast with diverse choice of Korean cuisine and standard Western breakfast. Nice sunset view over a lake. Comfortable beds. Very good location- well-connected to a bus station and the local seafood market

While tidying up the used dishes on our table during breakfast, a staff dropped kimchi juice (left on the dish) over the chair and table), but he just went away without saying sorry or cleaning the mess up!
