Reception staff very nice and helpful, booking easy to make and room was clean with good choice of food for breakfast.

Service in breakfast area could be improved/more friendly. Price of breakfast had increased by €1 since I had made the booking. I mentioned this should be told to customers but my comment was not appreciated. I also message the property to book for a taxi to pick us up from the airport, got confirmation and a couple of days later got another message asking me if I wanted to book for a taxi. It was automated message but as I had it booked already, made me confused and required unnecessary messages to reconfirm. This could easily be avoided

I knew there wasn’t a pool at the property but I was a little disappointed that there was nowhere to really relax. There were tables and chairs but no loungers or daybeds. Having seen how busy they were over the weekend with weddings and other celebratory events and the fact that the garden was used to its capacity for the events I can understand that they wouldn’t want guests making the place look untidy but even so a lounger or two wouldn’t have gone amiss.

Great choice for the airport - or indeed a night in Malaga - much better than the 'chain' options that we've used previously next to Malaga Airport. In future we'll always stay here. Friendly staff, super clean and very comfortable.

The only issue we had was that the safe wasn't working - and they didn't have a spare one. We had to do without and we had no problems but if security is v important I'd check in advance with them that you will have a working safe.

The treatment of the staff was so friendly all in all I loved the way how they offer helping you. And in the restaurant how they suggest you the good options for dinner then the Flavour and the presentation of the plates was so delicious and tentative. Big thanks

Restaurant It is worth staying in this hotel for the good spanish food served in the restaurant. A great menu with lots of choice, Everything was absolutely delicious. Service was excellent also Other guests we spoke to also mentioned how much they enjoyed the dining experience here

Good hotel for an early flight out of Malaga airport, the M135 bus which leaves from a bus stop right next to the hotel, costs only €1.50 and takes only 15 minutes to get to the airport which was perfect for my morning flight. The room was nice and clean, the restaurant menu could have been a little more varied but it was good enough for a 1 night layover stay.

Our flight was cancelled at the last minute, and do our reservation was late at night. The receptionist, bar staff were wonderful; kind, welcoming and so helpful. Just what we needed at that time.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Treated me with respect and were very helpful. The location was great for an early morning flight and they booked the taxi for me. I felt safe. The restaurant was also a pleasant surprise. Not obscenely expensive and a good number of choices.

Good value, easy check in and check out, friendly staff (allowing us to check in early), clean spacious room. Location is great - only a short drive to the airport

Airconditioning didn't work very well, it took a long time to cool down the room
