Location on classy major street - lots of restaurants and bars nearby. 10 min walk to 2 Metro stations. Much better area than old town or Ramblas. The staff (especially the bar man on 9th floor) were exceptionally friendly and helpful - probably one of the biggest pluses of the hotel. Breakfast extremely comprehensive and well worth the money. The coffee was good - Nespresso pods.

The room was adequate but on the small side. Lighting a bit dark. Furnishings a little tired and dated, and very dark - would be better in lighter colours for a small room.

The rooftop is great, staff at the restaurant were amazing all the girls are very lovely and the food is also good! The hotel itself is lovely, rooms are very clean also cleaning ladies were absolutely amazing.

Some receptionists are not that kind and polite for being at the front desk specially two girls basically they don't pay attention and don't care about any guest at least that was my impression. I requested some amenities such as bathrobe, sleepers and they took note about it, but we never got it anyways is irrelevant and I don't mind but I believe another guests it can cause a bad experience.

Once again our stay at Vincci Mae was top. Its very central and easily accessible. The breakfast is great, as is the free wifi. The rooms are a good size as is the very comfortable bed. Vincci Hotels have an app which is easy to use and you can order all extras from housekeeping etc with this. The staff are friendly and its a perfect hotel for a stay in Barcelona. The interior/ decoration is quirky which I like.

I like the interior and exterior. This hotel has a convenient location so you can easily reach the city center by foot or on public transport. Superb and extra big bed in addition to excellent black out curtains allows to have a good rest.

It would be nice to have a smart TV and I was surprised that all the decor was glued to the shelves. To be honest I haven’t seen such decision before. And it’s this spoils the impression a little and deprives the feeling of being at home, because at home I don’t stick books and vases to the shelves. But let’s be clear, it’s not a big issue :))

rooftop was super! sun, views, comfort, pool food and drinks all terrific

pool is shallow and very small, more a tub than a pool. Rooms are a bit musty and dated

Beautiful and clean facilities. Breakfast was adequate, however there could be more of a selection of hot foods. Beautiful decor in the rooms, and a lovely terrace. Prices at the bar and restaurant are very reasonable.

Theres only two sun beds by the pool. The breakfast should have more hot dish options.

I liked the balcony, the overhead shower head. I also liked the rooftop area dine and lounging. Concierge was very pleasant and professional. Lastly, the decorum was an excellent aesthetic.

I did not like the size of the outdoor pool at all. It should be converted into a jacuzzi. Also there should be a mini refrigerator for personal use.

I travel often to Barcelona and whenever I got no one in town I go to this hotel! Amazing staffs specially Marcus and Carlos! always willing to help. It’s very safe the hotel itself and in a safe location which is a big matter for this notorious city of Barcelona! Shower is awesome big and comfortable with perfect rain Douche! Beds are also comfortable and if I want to keep it real I give it 6.5/10 ! Just to keep it real again: I do not recommend the breakfast and food from their restaurant which is not worth of any deal for me cause you should be crazy to miss the Breakfast/Brunch places in Barcelona and I never eat in the hotel. The hotel it self is greatly recommended

We had a lovely time at this hotel! We loved the design of the bathroom and the room was a great size. The bed was absolutely massive and we LOVED it. I loved that it also had a little balcony. It's situation in a lovely street and it was easy to get around from there, but also be able to pop into shops in the area. The staff were lovely on every occassion, especially considering we knew very little Spanish. The pool is a plunge pool but still lovely to have and that terrace area is lovely.

Ornaments in the bedrooms are glued to the shelves, not the worst thing in the world but does take the shine off a bit. Also they wren't cleaned very well.

We did a last minute booking, as we had a horrible experience checking in in the hotel we originally booked. We arrived there around 6pm, defeated and exhausted after our bad experience and they really thrive to turn our days in Barcelona to a happy and enjoyable experience. When they handed over the keys they said we deserved a free upgrade and every minute we spent there the staff was AMAZING! Room was clean and comfy, Breakfast is great value for money, the terrace is a luxury and in general every single staff smiled and made their best to provide the best quality service. We’ll be definitely be back, specially to your lovely terrace that is a hidden gem.
