Hotel is set in a quiet area not too far from the motorway. Rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. There is a restaurant on site with a small parc and terrasses. Staff are friendly. Dogs allowed with small fee. Very little outside noise from guests and staff. Lots of parking spaces.

Staff in restaurant were friendly but totally unorganised. Breakfast wasn’t great and nobody to attend guests, one staff came once or twice to ask if all ok. Also complicated to get to the breakfast room. It’s overall clean but many spiderwebs all around and dust under the bed. Bathroom is big but toilet so close to the wall and door that it becomes uncomfortable.

We liked the facility, a historical building with some modern upgrades and interesting decorations. Free parking was available. The rooms were comfy and clean. The restaurant is located in the same building and is tastefully decorated in an Art Noveau style. The dinner was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was good and had choices suitable for a ketogenic diet. We will certainly stay here again.

We struggled a bit to find the correct entrance to the parking space. More guidance on this would be nice.

Stayed two night with my wife and newly graduated grand daughter, she travelled back to the UK from Bilbao ferry. The web site stated it was five minute walk to the town, it was not it was more like 20minutes. But we enjoyed the walk. we had to walk on the road but all the drivers gave us a wide pass. Even a lorry driver waved Brilliant Requested ground floor rooms and rooms next to each other. THIS WAS DONE Thank you so much.

Only stayed one night on the way to Calais. Handy as it was just off the motorway on a main road. It is near a railway line but we did not hear any trains at night. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good and breakfast was well presented. They provided gluten free baguette on request.

Good reception, pleasant size room with a big window, comfortable beds. Everything feels luxurious and clean. Even the receptionist was very friendly with the checkout. Would stay here again.

Finding "the main parking" is confusing, because there are several small parkings all around the hotel. The waste containers are emptied early in the morning (hotel can not change such municipality things of course). The interior architect who designed the bathroom had to learn a lot. It was funny to see that the toilet was behind the door a few centimeters from the wall and the corner of the towel rail is where you hipbone is when you are brushing your teeth.

still a bit smelly after a major drainage problem some weeks ago breakfast was moved to a different room and was noisy -in a room next to a coach party-was a bit sparse and although the lady who was trying to look after two rooms tried to be helpful it was difficult to get tea and milk-please put breakfast back where it used to be

Beautiful stetting. Exceptionally comfortable , quiet room. Wonderful friendly staff. Great welcome for our dog too. Dog allowed into the bar and special breakfast area. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice

Great place for a night stop when doing a Road Trip crossing Spain on the way to France. Very close to the highway, nice staff, great facilities (the room was extremely spacious and well equipped; the bed was very comfortable), great decoration and surroundings (very quiet environment).

I only didn't like the fact that some "placement details" were not exactly the most practical. For example, even though the bathroom was very spacious, the toilet was placed very close to the corner, yielding too little space on the right hand side of it.

Breakfast was surprisingly good value for money with plenty of choice. The room was lovely and clean.

Though we liked the room it was too warm as the air conditioning didn’t appear to be working properly. Whilst the restaurant was well set out and the menu good with plenty of choice, it was quite expensive.

The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast sustaining.

The room was over-heated and we had difficulty regulating it.
