The room is big and clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied and the outside pool is super. We were also lucky because it was very good weather, so we could fully enjoy it. I also like that it is so easy to park the car there and it is for free. The personnel is super friendly. It was not my first time in this hotel and it will not be the last, it has a very high ratio quality for money.

I really hated that the internet is so, so, bad!! but that it all I have to say about what I didn't like. The rest is super great.

Breakfast was lovely, the staff were amazing and very attentive. It's a beautiful location. The rooms were lovely and big and the beds so comfortable.

We couldn't take the children swimming in the morning. Something to do with the pool not working or not open, we could't quite decipher what they meant.

Size of the room was massive

No bar available inside the hotel to have a coffee. The only was there was closed all time and the only chance to have any food or drink was taking the breakfast, lunch or dinner at the dining-room.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, overlooking a golf course, but a bit like the Marie Celeste! We arrived at 5.00pm and nothing was open, even for a drink, until 8.30! We left the car and taxied into Salamanca for the evening (about €10 each way) although there is a bus every hour outside the front of the hotel, which we had just missed, The receptionist (Alba) deserves a special mention as she was charming and very helpful. She was the only member of staff we saw that evening.

Some of the services were not available, for example a bar or cafe for a post journey reviver

Location was excellent although directions a bit complicated on the roundabouts at the Forum. Plenty of choice at breakfast both cold and hot meals

Pity that the bar was closed for the duration of the stay. End of season was the explanation! No snacks available.m

Excellent room at good price. The staff were helpful and the food was both filling and delicious. We had a lovely stay and we're sorry it was for just one night

The pool wasn't open but we got the impression that this was because the Spanish outdoor swimming season is always rather late.

Beautiful hall, nice swimming pool. In the room there are towels and soaps. Clean room. Good and delicious breakfast.

No kettle and safe in the room. Thin walls - you can hear your neighbors talking. Sauna and pool are open from 10.45, and check-out at 11.00

A surprise. Didn’t expect such a fabulous hotel. Quietly situated. Enormous reception. Rooms are large, beautifully equipped. Breakfasts had everything you would wish for. Evening meal in restaurant was gourmet dining. Superb. Just 5kms from Salamanca and a bus service outside hotel.

Nothing....we will be staying again on our way back to Santander in 6 weeks time.

location is poor, no nearby restaurants and/or things to do - we still had to go to city centre to have a nice meal. Spa/ covered pool is not available to regular guests (note that outdoors pool is available)
