It's a newish and big hotel in Fuente del Gallo. My mum stayed there and she absolutely loved the room. It's nicely furnished, modern, bright and the beds are super comfy. There weren't many guests in April when she stayed there so it was also quiet. Most of the staff were super friendly. The pool areas are nice although I don't know how crowded it will be in high season. We also enjoyed buffet dinner during part of our stay and it is very recommendable. Good food, the buffet changes daily (sometimes more Spanish food, sometimes more Asian food, sometimes more on the Italian side. Parking is available outside for free, an in the underground parking for a fee.

This was a really great hotel, opened only two years ago so everything felt pretty new. Staff were amazing, especially the beach bar and restaurant teams. Super friendly, appreciated my attempts at speaking Spanish and really added to make a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Two pools that we had access to, one big one and a smaller pool on a higher level. Both really good. Breakfast was solid, lots of options but liked that it wasn't piles of food that would go to waste. Overall I would give this hotel 5/5.

The outside terraces have see through glass which makes it a little strange when other guests feel obliged to say hello/have a chat but overall it was no problem at all.

It is super quiet (no kids). The rooms are well appointed and the cleaning staff are very helpful. The beds are comfy and there is a nice tv set. The pools are nice (thought the big pool needs some small redo). The restaurants are nice and the food is delicious and diverse (except some fruits, like melon that were sweet in the first couple of days and bitter afterwards). The beach and the sea water are terrific.

The way to the beach is downhill, some 150 meters away, and there is no beach club at all. You should take your own chairs and shade. The buffet was terrific, but, as stated above, some of the fruit was not good quality.

The hotel was great and offered many facilities (swining pools, pool bars, coctail bar, etc.). Furthermore, the breakfast offer there was top and fulfilled my expectations (compared to other Barcelo hotels I visited). The hotel offered also great views from the spacious rooms.

Had problems with making the reservation through official Barcelo site (I'm the member of their members club - my Barcelo. Tried to book rooms for 1 night and it was unavailable - had to book the rooms through Booking.com.

The staff. Mauro, Adrien and some others whose names Im unsure of. Nothing was too much. The service they provided was everything and more. You can tell they enjoy their job. Priceless! The Location, the tranquility, the hotel. Amazing place! We will be back for anniversaries fo sure x

Not having an iron and having to rely on the hotel providing this as a service, which was a minor. The WiFi was a little off and some of the Team Leaders need to have more faith in their staff as they smashed it.

A very nice, modern, and clean hotel, with really friendly staff and good amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying again. The hotel is quiet and ambient, with a nice relaxing air. Our room was spacious with a good shower and bathroom, and contained a refrigerator. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of room and there was no struggle to get a sunlounger. There are two pools, but we only used the main one as it wasn't too busy. There are a couple of restaurants, although they vary in their opening times. The Arrozante restaurant is open in the early afternoon, as is the snack bar, and then Atunante is only open Friday-Sunday evenings. Maybe this is just because it's early in the summer season, but in any case we didn't use any of these restaurants. We used the buffet restaurant a couple of times though which we enjoyed; there was a good variety of food, and it didn't seem repetitive.

The hotel got a lot busier over the weekend, although it didn't become problematic, and we presumed that a lot of locals come here for a long weekend. A very minor negative point is the distance from the town. The walk is pleasant along the beach, but it is a good 25-30 minutes, and just a tad too far out to go regularly.

The hotel was modern and attractive. The public areas were well laid out. Nice pools, restaurants, and bars.

Many of the umbrellas were of the opening type and could not be used due to the strong winds, limiting the shade available. The beach, though nearby, was hard to get to. Access was by steep steps down from the high cliff.

Great location for the beautiful beach although a bit of a walk into the old town of Conil. Rooms are spacious and modern and bed was amazing. Also, rooms must be soundproofed as it was so quiet. Food was good, plenty of choice and staff were helpful and friendly.

buffet is quality, facilities are very good.

pool closes too early for August. The rules around the pool aren’t consistent with a high end hotel. There should be servers at the pool and you should be able to order anything at the pool including food. There should not be paper cups ever at a resort. At least reusable plastic!
