Good value for money. Food was ok, good warm pools, especially the children's one. Room was spacious and we had two double beds, nice view to the pool and we could see the sea as well. Not very crowned, restaurant looks ok.

Rooms were cleaned but the sheets were not changed at all, we've been there for 5 nights. Food was OK but quite repetitive. No entertainment at all. Pillows were not very comfy. All in all, it was a great, relaxing holiday on a budget.

We are family ( two adults and one children). The hotel is nice, the service staff are very friendly, the pool is good and there is another one for children. The room is nice and has a balcony with good space. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is varied and good. The best time for breakfast is from 8am to 9am. The hotel is 3 minutes from the beach and is in an area with many restaurants, shops, coffee-bars and supermarkets. The beaches are beautiful and the atmosphere is calm and very familiar. I advise you to eat seafood and tapas. Catalan and Spanish food is very good. Don't go to the pizzeria because we can eat that at home. From Sant Vicents de Calders train station to the hotel it is an 18 minutes walk, 5 minutes by taxi.

The shower is very small, I am 1.70 m tall and I weigh 55 kg. and I couldn't turn around without opening the door or turning off the shower faucet. The pipes smell a lot. I understand that because of the heat it is impossible to control that. I had the windows open to ventilate the room and when we took a shower the bad smell disappeared.

Such a small shower. Uncomfortable beds. Not so clean and really needed a refurbishment. Good not great.

Price, good value for money. Old facilities but fairly well maintained

Careless front desk staff at check-in after arrival. Just one very unmotivated person reacting very slowly and delaying and traiting bad not just me but all the other customers queuing. Check-in process took more than one hour and ended after 1:00am. I suffered two consecutive mistakes assigning me rooms that had not been cleaned after previous guests stays and I finally got at the third attempt and after endless walks upstairs and downstairs to reception an unacceptable room with very strong tobacco smell which made me sick the whole night. No valid apologies, no explanation. Just take it or leave it. Exhausted at 1:00 am after a long journey travelling... what other option we had? Never again this hotel nor even this Ibersol hotel chain. We are speechless!
