We arrived by car and fortunately, it was a Sunday so there was free parking all day all along the street where the hotel is located. The staff were very friendly and explained this to us using our limited Spanish and a few google translations. The hotel staff also advised on the many offerings in Haro and the surrounding wineries. Lovely bed and a very good shower. Good breakfast and cafe downstairs, there is a restaurant as well but didn't eat here although the reviews looked good. This a fantastic location with a 3-5 minute walk to the main square. Great spot to explore I wish we could of had a few more days here—a beautiful part of the world.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Nor. Great location, close to all Rioja area bodegas and wine destinations. Loved the vibe: clean, modern hotel that was very manageable; not a big "mega" American-style chain hotel. Especially enjoyed the outside terrace for wine and coffee; loved the vibe and fact that locals co.e by and enjoy it too. Will definitely recommend it to friends: great value and greT location. And staff.

Every staff person was friendly and helpful, especially the manager who personally handled a few of our questions. The restaurant was very good and the wine selection one of the best we encountered.

At least one luggage rack in the room would have been helpful so we could use the bench or chair to sit.

Recently refurbished & spotless. Good size room with a very comfy bed with good pillows & aircon. Dined at the restaurant & thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Extensive selection of wines. Breakfast was also good with freshly squeezed orange juice & a lovely freshly made tortilla. Yum!!

Great location and lovely room. Very clean too. A warm welcome when we arrived and we were given lots of great tips for things to do and see. Perfect base to go and visit the bodegas during the day - only a 10 -15 minute walk. Short walk to the tow centre in the evening too. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great location in the heart of this lovely town in the Rioja Alta region. the rooms ate small and fairly basic but are perfectly adequate and very clean. The outdoor patio area is delightful to sit and have a drink or a bite to eat on warm afternoons or evenings. The bar is good value.

There is little to dislike about the hotel. There is some traffic noise in the rooms if the windows are left open, but it is not too disturbing and reduces significantly at night.

Great location just down the street from the main plaza. The staff was excellent, especially the lady who checked us in . She gave us very clear directions in a map and excellent suggestions of what to see and where to eat. The rooms were nice and I loved the glass enclosed balconies.

Nice town hotel, well mantained, easy parking, good location, friendly staff, great value.. easy breakfast, good value.

Lunch at Restaurant is way too expensive , daily menu with little offerings. a la carte Ticket was almost 50, p/0. Kitchen not worth it.

We love staying in Arrope. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. We had a splendid dinner in the restaurant on both nights and travelled to the Plaza to buy wine and met a very nice guy who was good friends with our receptionist.

Lovely hotel with great outdoor eating / drinking area. Restaurant superb - food was delicious! Rooms were spacious and offered plenty of storage and great for storing bike helmets, jackets and boots etc all within huge cupboard, meaning that you have more space to move in your room. Very good bathroom and shower and comfortable beds. We didn't have breakfast there as we got in late and we wanted to explore the town a little more so we had breakfast at a cafe in the main town square - which was about 5 minutes away (walking). Gorgeous town square with interesting side alleys with bars and cafes etc. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Nice staff at hotel. Parking on the road, but not too difficult (for motorbikes). Had a lift - yay....

Just wish we could have stayed longer as the hotel, town and region is so lovely.
