Beautiful room with all the amenities I look for. Large comfortable bed, desk and work area, excellent shower, modern safe. There was also a beautiful balcony. Excellent location - right near the train station and the Museum, short walk to the city centre. Really good breakfast. I also ate late dinner in the lounge a lot - very good food and service. Friendly helpful staff.

I wish the people at reception had been a bit more knowledgeable about their city, tourism and restaurants. Also at times they weren't even able to break a 10 euro note for change.

Room was good sized. It was good to have a desk and the free wifi worked well (there was an option to pay for a faster wifi but I did not needed to pay. The free wifi worked well for my work calls). Bed was comfortable and we could change room temperature to our needs. The bathroom was very clean and good sized as well. The breakfast was "good", despite of the fact that the coffee was not very good to our taste. Could be better, but it was good. It is not very easy to park nearby, but we managed to find places in the near streets. If you're with a car you'll be able to go to good beaches within less than 30 minutes from there. Also, you can go walking to the downtown and enjoy the city and its restaurants. The "Muelle de Río Tinto" is also possible to go by walking and it is very beautiful.

In the breakfast the staff was "in a hurry" all the time. They were very friendly and eager to help, but their hurry don't fit well to the guests (at least to me and my wife). We feel the hurry and got influenced by it, but what we want in the morning is a calm and peaceful breakfast. I know sometimes the hurry can't be avoided, otherwise the guests will feel the delay. But that was not the case.

An easy to find location and we paid to use the hotel’s underground car park. The hotel might look an 80s relic, but it’s interiors are nice and the bedrooms very nice. We each had a small balcony although the location is in a residential area, so it was inly the. Christmas lights to enjoy! The bathrooms have also been renovated and feel modern. we enjoyed the breakfast selection too. My sister’s two small/medium sized dogs were also with us - €25 each. We had a late lunch around the corner in a local taverna. La Toga.

Nothing, we had a good overnight stop.

Staff was very friendly, even surprised me on my birthday with a treat. The location is good, right in the city center. Balconies have a lot of space.

The balcony was very dirty, still had ashes on the floor from the previous guests. Just as a suggestion, breakfast could be served until a bit later since it didn't look like they were serving lunch.

Large modern decor, beautiful room with balcony, top shower room and quiet overall. Good spread for breakfast. Terrarces off bar/restaurant and breakask hall. Staff were very obliging. Short walk to the train station and town centre.

Slight smell in the building and room, but this is common in Spain in my experience. At bar/restaurant Spanish ham and cheese platter - poor quality ham served, even though Huelva is the place for it.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were so obliging - from early check in, to assisting with storing medication needing refrigerating, to ordering a taxi, they were all so professional and so polite and friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the centre of the old town.

The staff were helpful, coming out to help me with my bags, check in was smooth, my room was a good size, and I really appreciate the large roof terrace. The location was very near the station, which was exactly what I needed. Bathrooms were modern and there was a fridge in the room.

Hotel was fine, staff great, I would stay here again.

No parking very few spaces, so almost impossible to get parked! They should be more honest with the description. "Parking available reservations not possible" that description doesn't cut it.

There are not so many facilities in the room, in fact. Like no toilet brush, seriously? We've tried to order some staff at the reception, but were not understood...

This is a great hotel with caring staff. From the minute we arrived our check-in experience was one of the best. Secure parking in the basement with wide spaces. Excellent dinner, good value and bar prices too. Bed was super comfy, great shower, quiet room and blackout curtains. Even a bar fridge with drinks. We chose NH as trusted brand and that this hotel was pet friendly for our small dog. Will stay again. Superb !!!

There is absolutely nothing we did not like.
