The hotel is very beautifully renovated. The interior especially outside (front and back, pool area and bar) and in the lobby and dining area are very cozy, pretty and have a typical holiday flair. The staff is friendly and breakfast has everything you need. If not, you can also choose some a la carte options (these need to be paid extra). There is a huge parking place available and it is easy to find and close to supermarket, gas station etc.

You could tell that the rooms have not been renovated that much. The hallway on each floor looks still a bit like in an hospital. The rooms are kind of old in particularly the bath room. The sink, the toilet and the showers need to be redone in my opinion. We also had a smell coming from the bath room so we kept our door close the whole time. The rooms have an air-condition and a small balcony which is cute. They also have a small wardrobe but a fridge is missing and would be highly recommended to store some water. The bathroom lacked some hangers for towels and power outlets. The bed was quite comfortable. All in all price for money was fine. Would definitely come back if the rooms are modernized :)

Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. The interiors had a pretty nice touch. Location from the restaurants and night life just 10min of walking distance in San Antonio. Also very beautiful beaches just 10min away by car.

Beautiful stay at Galfi the hotel was gorgeous and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel inside and outside was one of the prettiest I’ve seen in San Antonio and I often visit. Can’t understand why is isn’t rated 5 stars! Location is perfect and I will definitely be returning:)

Only minus is that there is no fridge in the room- would be a huge plus and the shower head was a bit broken but they are renovating at the moment so sure this will be amended.

The staff were excellent, really accommodating and helpful. The hotel director and head chef were always around and always making sure the guests were looked after. The hotel was super clean and the aircon was always on for comfort. Very delicious and fresh food provided, and drinks were super reasonably priced. Such a calm environment too; with it being Ibiza you'd expect it to be quite lively but at night it was silent and you couldn't hear a sound. The room was comfortable and clean, with a safe provided and a door sign to put up if you need your room cleaning. We cannot wait to be back again.

Nothing at all! Only thing I would mention for anyone staying is to bring a hair dryer if you need one.

One of the standout features of our stay was the breakfast, which was nothing short of amazing. The variety and quality of the food served each morning were impressive, and it was a delightful way to start my days. What made this experience even more special was the staff, who were incredibly patient and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any request, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location was another highlight of our stay. It was conveniently situated close to the beach, the nearest bus stop, and rental services, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, a Spar supermarket was just around the corner, making it easy to stock up on essentials and snacks. This kind of accessibility is a rare find, and it added a lot of value to our stay. We really enjoyed a beautiful backyard with the sunbeds and the pool, lovely area to have breakfast or a short pit stop before daily activities on the island. Staff were explicitly polite and very kind with any recommendations and requests we had.

The room was a bit outdated and did not match the vibe of the hotel, however the staff mentioned that it is supposed to be renovated this year. Looking forward to come back after the upgrade of the rooms.

Recently renovated and re-opened, Hotel Galfi is a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. It's close to enough to all the action (shops, clubs, beach, restaurants, bars are all within walking distance) and quiet and relaxing at the same time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, gives a lot of personal attention and did everything to make our stay as memorable as we wished for. The breakfast offers plenty of choices and the garden/swimming pool area is a comfy place to sit and relax.

The two-star rating surprised us - Galfi is worth 3 or 4 stars for sure.

The communal areas were stunning. As you walk in you feel you are transported back in time. There is piano music playing in the background. The pool area is like a garden with tropical trees and plants, plenty of spaces to lounge in the sun and chairs and tables to sit and eat or enjoy drinks and cocktails. There was also a bar outside and a lovely pool.

There’s was a slight damp smell in the room. As I was only staying one night and wasn’t spending much time in the room, only to sleep I didn’t bother to tell the staff. Staff were lovely and I am sure they would have been happy to assist me had i brought this to their attention.

Me and my sister stayed from the UK staff was amazing so friendly and welcoming with vet good English so communication was great! The air con in the rooms was a good send amazing! The location was perfect its neer everything you need and a 3 minuet walk away from O beach and a 15-20 minuet walk from San Antonio town. Perfect. The hotel and pool area is very clean at modern and the rooms are modern too with great views

The only thing that made our stay a 8/10 instead of a 10/10 was there wasn't much English option for the breakfast. Mainly just toast, cereals cakes fruit and pastrys . Eggs where offered to us as a alternative and I requested for some beans and they didn't hesitate to get them for us to go with our eggs&toast. The coffee machine was a delight but again no english or any tea on offer. A full English breakfast on offer would of made this hotel a 10/10. The second and last fault I found was the shower it's very small with no door or shower curtain so water litterly goes everywhere and soaks the floor.
