The location of this hotel is ideal if you’re planning on making the most of the island’s nightlife. It is within walking distance of the Playa D’en Bossa strip, Hï & Ushuaia and a short taxi journey from most of the island’s notorious clubs such as Amnesia, Pacha, DC-10, etc. The hotel is good value for money. Yes, it’s not the most modern of hotels and the facilities are of a basic standard but you can’t be too fussy when you’re not paying a lot.

On arrival we noticed mould in our air conditioning unit. Within minutes of phoning reception to notify them of the issue, the technicians were in our room and thoroughly cleaning it out. This issue was dealt with very professionally by the hotel staff and once it was cleaned there were no further issues.

Rooms were good size, cleaned daily if you want. Air con worked well. Pool was big so plenty of room. Would stay again!

It's a little noisy with people coming back throughout the night but that's Ibiza! Cocktails on the all inclusive package were awful, they came out of a machine, not made fresh. You have to buy drinks regularly if you want to sit at the pool upstairs, even if there is no room downstairs. Bar staff have poor English

i wasnt aware there was a separate vip pool above i would have pre paid and have liked to have gone if i was made aware before i arrived

Good value for money. Nice staff. Close to the beach and entertainment venues (like clubs). A person there helping buying tickets for parties and activities in Ibiza. Beach towels were provided with a refundable deposit. The swimming pool was big and deep enough. Water pressure in the bathroom was very good.

The "all inclusive" part had some limitations on what we could get in the bars, though for the price it's easy to understand why that's the case. Bar for drinks closing at 11pm (it would be nice to be opened until later). Lunch starting only at 1.30pm seems a bit late given all the international people coming to the hotel.

Great location, close to the clubs and 10min by cab to the old town. The facilities are dated but clean. All inclusive is a great option, local alc and a good food with many options in the restaurant. Extremely nice and helpful staff, especially many thanks to Simone from the reception for helping us to settle in. 5⭐️ Super friendly staff (incl reception and drinks bar ❤️)

The facilities are a bit outdated, requires a refurb, at least the toilets by the pool. I guess you get what you pay for. A basic hairdryer in the room, safe too small that won’t fit a laptop only for your documents, waredrobe and storage not practical at all. An aircon is good, however a basic fan would do much better job and would be more economic for the hotel, eco and healthier for the guests. A celling fan would be great as all of us get sick after the aircon so we never use it by night. no English channels on tv (if you ever want to watch tv in Ibiza 🤭)

The friendliness and proficiency of staff. Great variety of food. Strong espresso. Clean room. All of the front desk associates are helpful and polite to the utmost level.

I had to hunt for empty sunbeds. The pool area gets very crowded during the day. The hotel gets crowded and chaotic easily, which was sometimes too much for me, expecting a little more sophisticated atmosphere. (People taking selfies in the elevator while I'm still in, loud guys intending to show off, etc). I missed having tissue in my room.

The pool was deep, the staff were friendly & the price was good. When the hotel had a DJ on the rooftop bar, everything was a million times better!

The alcohol didn't really get you drunk & the breakfast wasn't very nice. We ended up buying alcohol from the local SPAR and using the all inclusive upgrade for mixers only.
